We never felt welcomed, and I will never forget walking in less than a week before my wedding (because my wedding planner changed a week before) and being scanned up and down by my old wedding planner and the management as I said hi and smiled to them, and didn't get a single response or smile in return as a walked by with my new wedding planner who was provided by Ashton Gardens. It is now November, and they still struggle with communication of whether a clothes steamer was left there. It's been over a month since I have reached out, I have reached out three times to a personal number and no response. Just about sums up the communication with said wedding planner for 14 months. The day of was a disaster and yelp would not let me type everything out because it was 'too negative'... when it was the order of events and how many things went wrong. Don't recommend. The staff was extremely courteous and prompt in getting us checked in and ready to sample. Beautiful location! Very easy to find, and very easy to navigate. This was well executed, and I will probably do it again next year. The staff contacted me afterwards very promptly to make sure I was satisfied with the event. Excellent follow up! I will give this a solid four stars. Hopefully they can get more vendors to participate next year!

The decor was absolutely stunning, and perfectly matching our vision. DJ Jace constantly checked on us to ensure the music setup went on without a hitch. After dinner, he transitioned from soft R&B to the high-energy line dancing that had the graduates and others moving to the beat. During this consultation, she was able to develop a package to suit our needs. We had outside catering but she provided the decor, dinner servers, bar service and the dj-who was great by way! It was so nice to not have to worry about anything but getting the guest of honor to the party. This venue has ample parking, clean facilities and was centrally located. Today (2/1) was the day and everyone had a blast and the honoree was surprised! The venue was perfect suited for our needs and exceeded our expectations! I recommend this proprietor and her establishment a hundred times over!!

I want to express my deep disappointment with the management at La Fontaine. We have used this…read moreballroom for multiple events over the years, including my own wedding, but this recent experience was by far the worst. Our niece's 15th party on 7/12 had several issues starting with the setup. Two main decor features listed in the contract were not installed. When we raised this with the manager on duty, Mr. Sergio , we were told these features were missing and too late to be set up. The decor manager should have proactively informed us about the shortfall and arranged a credit for the missing items, but no communication was made. The decor manager did not hold any accountability that she list some decor in the ballroom. The maintenance of the ballroom also showed a significant decline. Four industrial portable AC units were in use--was this communicated beforehand? Was the main AC not functioning? If so, should we receive compensation for this? Additionally, many ceiling tiles had visible water stains hidden behind fabric. Why weren't these replaced? It feels like an attempt to hide the damage. The gold glass tables inside were dirty and not cleaned before the event as well. Customer service at the bar was equally disappointing. The bartender, Patricia, displayed a poor attitude, was slow, and lacked the energy expected in her role. My father-in-law even had to step behind the bar to help because of her slow service, which offended her. She also cut people off arbitrarily, handling the situation poorly and causing discomfort for many guests. A bartender should be upbeat, efficient, and courteous, none of which were evident. On a positive note, the manager Sergio was great trying to resolve these issues, though the decor manager did not support him well and clearly needs retraining on client communication and decor management. Overall, this experience was hugely disappointing, especially given the high price and reputation La Fontaine portrays was not refilled and run down. I hope my feedback is taken seriously to improve the quality of service in the future.
