We used their services for our reception table linens, napkins, charger plates, chair covers, chair sashes, cake table linen, cocktail table linens, and a few miscellaneous tables in our lobby. During the months before the wedding, I set up two consultations, and both times the staff were super helpful. They helped create the perfect look within my budget. I also coordinated with Ashley (sales manager) a lot via email, and she was always available to answer any of my questions or concerns. On the wedding day, every item was absolutely gorgeous and in great condition! We had a large wedding and they brought everything we ordered and the right quantities. My appointment wasn't the best. The vendor rep never laid out the materials so I could see the whole picture. Consequently, I only used them for the one thing they had that no one else seemed to have: copper/rose gold chargers. They completed my overall look, and I'm grateful they had the materials. as far as customer service in the wedding industry, I didn't have the stellar experience I expected. read more

Hannah was super responsive, even after I completely forgot our Monday morning appointment (oops) and the selection that Elegant Beginnings has is fantastic. She was extremely patient with me when I changed my mind after checking out their beautiful showroom and made great suggestions. They were very courteous and professional over several phone calls and questions, back and forth emailing. I live over an hour away and happened to be on their side of town working and passed right by them. I called them down the street. I wanted to look and sit in the chair I was trying to rent. it was 945am, they said they had a 10am visitor scheduled and 11am was free. I asked over the phone if I could pop in, trying to explain the predicament (as I was pulling up) and they said not without an appointment. Now I know I am being an inconvenient customer here but I was already outside. So I went in and there were 3 ladies arranging chairs and no customers. I said Hi, "I'm the lady that's been bugging you I apologize but if you have time to allow me to view the chair that'd be great." No laugh, smile, fake courtesy, nothing! One lady said I could take a seat and wait for my 11am appointment -__- everyone else ignored me. I went to use the restroom and when I came back another lady brought out the chair. I took a second to snap a pic, sit in it, and then awkwardly left. Service is less than admirable. read more

We used EB Inc for pipe and drapery, 100 chargers, 105 napkins, and two 6 ft table extenders and 12 table linen rentals. The venue we were using had a vinyl design on the back wall of the entry staircase that I wasn't too crazy about so we rented some champagne drapery that matched the wall and covered up the vinyl design you couldn't even tell it was ever there. We also rented a 6 ft table extender to make our head table larger so we could accommodate the entire wedding party and their dates at the head table. We also rented some nice glass sliver beaded chargers, hunter green napkins, and dark grey silk table linens. All of these little details really helped to make our reception space "pop" and added some elegant touches that showcased our wedding style. EB Inc has a wide selection of table linens and chargers to select from so you will have plenty of options if you go with them for your event rentals. They arrived to the venue on and time and set up and took down in the time the venue allotted them. It was very stress free working with them, they were very professional and the rentals all looked brand new so they take care of their product.
