She was very friendly, and even though she recognized me from my initial review, she was patient enough with me to explain what happened during my first visit. I explained that the prices for the tables had changed from 6.95 to 8 she pointed out that the table prices on her website were the same as those she had charged me. (They were 6.95 on the website the last time we had reviewed them before the rental.) When I explained that I couldn't find the terms she pointed to her website and under the "About" tab were the terms and conditions. She also placed another hyperlink at the bottom of a 30 plus list of hyperlinks on her main page. And again under quick links at the bottom of the page. She also pointed out that her website is under construction and apologized that it wasn't clear. It should be noted that the Credit Card surcharge is for "over-the-phone" transactions and we did ours face-to-face so there shouldn't have been any surcharge. Because of her customer service, I felt obliged to add another star to the review. But until we can come to an agreement about the surcharge and the website is updated to be made more clear, I can't give the establishment three stars.

Thankfully I was sent to Moonstruck Rentals by recommendation and am glad I took them up for business. First and foremost they were super quick and responsive to all my questions. Their company is organized, straightforward, and everything is easy to understand when it comes to picking and choosing your inflated entertainment, and believe me when your searching through all the various business offering these services you will understand. The rental is delivered in the AM between 8AM-1130AM and pick up between 6PM-930PM. There isn't a set hour allotment, and they even called me the evening before to assure me that they would be delivering my rental at 1030AM, which by the way I missed their call so they sent me a text! Can we say awesome service! Being within 15 miles of the business zip of 77388, my delivery was free, score! A deposit of $50 was required for reservation and the rest of the payment is collected after rental arrives and is set up. Let me just say these guys were punctual, they arrived at 10 (early, say what?) and they had my super clean, blue and green bouncy castle with dinosaur themed banner up and going in less than 30 minutes, can you say "jumping" for joy! Pick up was later that evening long after my party had ended so there was no worry on crying kids throwing unnecessary fits due to being cut short, in fact I think most of my guests were bounced out! I highly recommend Moonstruck Rentals for all your party rental needs, great service, great quality, awesome pricing, and super efficient! At no time did I feel that those riding the bull were in harms way. We had 5 year old to 75 year olds all enjoying the experience. All the guest had something they will remember. I have never experienced anything like this with a bouncy rental company. This was an almost $1,000…read morerental. One of the really big slides. My party started at 12:30 pm and they were supposed to show up at 10:30 am. They didn't get there until 1:30 and the bouncy was not ready until 2:30. My party was over at 4 pm. They "let us keep it overnight" due to the delay at no additional cost but the party was over at 4. Keeping it didn't help with the party done at 4 pm. Then they were to pick it up the next day between 4-5 pm. They never showed, and we didn't get notified until 7 pm that they couldn't get it until the following day, Monday. I told them it's only ok to pick up the next day if they could pick it up before noon as we can't use our driveway with this massive deflated bouncy there. They agreed. Now, it's Monday, no notification and it's 1:30 pm. It's not been picked up. I had to call them, and they said they should be here between 4-5 pm! Total disregard for leaving their stuff at our house. They would hold us to a timeframe with their contract but somehow it doesn't apply to them. So, needless to say, their bouncy is still at our house. If you want to trust your bouncy will be delivered on time for your event and picked up when expected I would go with another company. I will mention they are reportedly (waiting for reimbursement) only going to charge me half the price since I only had it half my party and a $250 voucher for a future rental. I won't be using them again, even with this voucher. I should have gotten a full refund with this catastrophe.

Even though it was incredibly last minute and we were very unorganized, Deslie went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was very kind and remained flexible- which was critical as memorial plans were still in flux. The rentals were delivered/assembled in a very timely manner, and everything looked great.
