Let me first stress that the bouncy business is "hopping," maybe even "jumping." Ok corny pun out of the way, but seriously it was slightly overwhelming. Thankfully I was sent to Moonstruck Rentals by recommendation and am glad I took them up for business. First and foremost they were super quick and responsive to all my questions. Their company is organized, straightforward, and everything is easy to understand when it comes to picking and choosing your inflated entertainment, and believe me when your searching through all the various business offering these services you will understand. The rental is delivered in the AM between 8AM-1130AM and pick up between 6PM-930PM. There isn't a set hour allotment, and they even called me the evening before to assure me that they would be delivering my rental at 1030AM, which by the way I missed their call so they sent me a text! Can we say awesome service! Being within 15 miles of the business zip of 77388, my delivery was free, score! A deposit of $50 was required for reservation and the rest of the payment is collected after rental arrives and is set up. Let me just say these guys were punctual, they arrived at 10 (early, say what?) and they had my super clean, blue and green bouncy castle with dinosaur themed banner up and going in less than 30 minutes, can you say "jumping" for joy! Pick up was later that evening long after my party had ended so there was no worry on crying kids throwing unnecessary fits due to being cut short, in fact I think most of my guests were bounced out! If I could give zero stars I would. I rented a waterslide on October 5, 2019. When I turned on the hose, the clear hose popped from the water hose and saturated my lawn. For the first hour, I held the hose to keep the party going. Then I called and requested someone to come out and fix it. No one answered, called back nor came out. I even texted. Monday morning I had to initiate contact again and the owner said she would look into it. Tuesday she texted me a pic of it working. I requested a full refund and she refuses saying, It's not defected. Don't ignore the negative reviews from 2 years ago like I did. It cost me money and a ruined party. If anybody wants to order a bounce house, a moonwalk, or a waterslide.....don't choose Moonstruck Rentals. Worst company on the planet. Seriously..... they promised everything, and delivered nothing. If you know these people, I feel bad for you and you need to make new friends! The gentleman who delivered this morning, promised they wouldn't pick up before 9:30PM, although the contract was 6:30PM-9:30PM. While they were putting up the slide, he and his female partner were cleaning the slide. While cleaning, SHE (the owner) replaced the hose for the top of the slide because the one installed was busted. It was just a tube that we spent the whole day trying to figure out how to keep a hot slide in July....WET! Long story short, we've been renting slides and houses for over 15 years, 3-4 times a year and have never been dissapointed until now. They call themselves Moonstruck Rentals, LLC, but they should call themselves Chapter 11, LLC!!! Sorry not Sorry! When we confronted them, all they did was text back back a photo of the contract, that we already had....so I texted back a photo too. SHE blocked me instead of trying to make it right! I would give zero if it were an option. I attempted to reschedule my event 11 days before due to a death in the family. I was told this was a "personal issue" and if there was a death in their family I would be upset if they canceled my party. I asked again if I could simple reschedule and they said no, the item was reserved for me on a specific date. I tried to explain the person who passed away died from covid and my family was not comfortable gathering right now, I was again told a death in my family is none of their concern, that I reserved a specific item for a specific date and would not be allowed to reschedule. This company certainly doesn't deserve any stars, unfortunately i have to give at least one to leave a review. In short, i will say the communication and customer service are two things this company is severely lacking. The staff is unprofessional and their rental equipment is subpar at best. We were shorted tables and chairs and then told we could come back and retrieve them if we wanted to but that no one would be able to deliver them to us. I reached out to the owner directly, but she hasn't gotten around to replying to my email. I was told she would get back with me when she had time. We rented the Frozen pink castle. It was perfect for our Frozen party! From the start, they had great response times for questions and a quote. They arrived in plenty of time, set it up efficiently, and were on their way. They left the castle for several hours, and came to pick it up later in the evening. We had a great "after party" family bounce, because they weren't on a strict schedule. They were the most affordable option we found in the area. I told the owner my event was for 150 people. The hotdog machine they sent only served 8-10 people at a time and therefore could not be used at all. The popcorn machine was broken and the gears had to be held by a guest for each batch of popcorn that was made. The machine was hot and she had to hold it with a towel the entire time. I was told when they picked up the rentals to contact the owner for a refund. I have sent numerous messages and can't get a response at all! I even sent video to them showing them the machine was broken. DON'T USE THEM! read more

I will never rent from this company again. I reserved the slide 3 weeks ago and called Friday to confirm that we were good for my Sunday delivery and was told I was the 2nd delivery on the route and it would be there early, 9 AM. So 10:30 rolls around and they are still not there so I call, I had to call several times to get ahold of someone. They assured me it would be there by 11:30 which was great because my kids party started at noon. Noon comes and still no slide, my husband and I called several times and finally the driver called me and said they would be there as soon as they could they were on their way. They show up at 1:40 and the slide is finally set up around 2:15. I talked to the delivery guy and said that I shouldn't have to pay full price for this slide since it was so late and my kids party was pretty much over and he asked me if I was refusing the slide, if I did not pay they would not leave it. I couldn't refuse it because my kids had been so excited about the slide for weeks. It is now 11AM Monday and I would have at least expected a call from the owner apologizing, nothing. This will be my first & last time ever using this company ever again poor service disorganized non communicative my delivery was for 11:30/12 didn't show till 1:30 keep in mind my son's party started by 2 didn't call to notify me they were running late I called them felt bad for the delivery guys for working in the hwat so i gave them water bottles to cool off before I went in the house to grabs the decorations to start setting up told them where I wanted the tables chairs & canopies set up at came back outside to nothing set up but the bouncy house chairs & tables were leaked up against a Bush canopies were folded up almost talking over and delivery guys,were gone tried to call the owner but didnt get any answer till 2 hrs l8tr guest arrive to me & my son's dad struggling to set up the tables & canopies ourselves which I paid this company over woo dollars to do what i ended up doing myself when I got the owner on the phone she accused me of not tell the delivery guys were to set up at lol if I could give them less than a star I would should of just joked an indoor bouncy place like I did last year read more

If I could give this place less than one star i would!! They have horrible customer service and they don't know their right foot from their left. I rented a moonwalk for my Daughters birthday party. I rented in 4 days in advance for an evening party and for it to be picked up the next day. They were supposed to call me 1-2 days before the party to verify the drop off time. I had to email them the DAY OF the party because I never received a confirmation call. They dropped it off around 11am. The party was scheduled to start at 5:30pm. They called me at 4:45pm that same day to tell me they are at my house to pick up the house. I told them the party hasn't even started yet. They told me they'd come back in a few hours because their contract said pickup was between 6-9pm. It was 4:45 when they called me telling me they were picking it up right then. That's outside of the contract, too. Then once the party started, the weather got bad and we had to unplug the bounce house and put the blower under cover to prevent damage. So not a single kid got to jump in the house at all. It didn't stop raining for the duration of the party. The house gets picked up at 8:30pm. I called today to try and get my money back because it was not used AT ALL and their excuse was "you should've checked the weather and canceled if it was supposed to rain". I did check and it said 40% chance. I'm not going to cancel due to a 40% chance. They were rude and very adamant about not giving me my money back and I spent $120 on this place. I will never return to them and I will direct every single one of my friends elsewhere if they look for a bounce house rental place!!!! read more
