Awesome slide, great communication, friendly delivery team. It was an A+ experience. We did find out the slide we rented was a little too fast for our 4 year old, but that was our fault. We worked things out over the phone and I received the excellent customer service I have experienced with him in the past. I was going to delete the original bad review but I feel that people should see how the company is quick to respond and work things out. To me that shows how important their reputation is to them and their desire to do right instead of wrong. So I'm leaving the original review, updating the stars and saying that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing business with this company. ************************* So I have had a bad experience with Go2Party Rentals that I want to share with everyone just to make you aware. On June 7, 2020 I had booked Super Slide Bounce House Combo w/ Pool, 8' Tables (x2), Folding Chairs (x2), Snow Cone Machine, and Giant Jenga from them for my son's 10th birthday. I paid $159.67 half of the rental cost. I rented it for two days from June 27th at noon to June 28th at 8pm. Michael Salazar was so kind to me when doing the booking. A week before the date set up COVID started to get worse again in Houston and we decided to cancel the party. Again, Michael was kind. Told me that normally they would put a time limit of 1 year to rebook but because of COVID they would give me another year. So I was supposed to have until the end of June 2022. The beginning of June I get a phone call from a lady and she told me I had to use it by the end of the month. I explained that we were in the middle of track season and I didn't know when we might actually be available. I told her what Michael had told me. I tried to explain to her that I had lost my job in April of 2020 and I was still not working and wasn't sure when I would be again. Long story short I basically felt forced to book it again for my son's upcoming birthday knowing I might not have the remaining half of the balance. So June 13th I found out my unemployment for some reason had ended. I tried to call them and see about rescheduling or pushing it out like Michael and I had talked about. No return call. I emailed them. No response. I have called numerous times from the 14th to today and no response. So pretty much this company has taken my deposit and refuses to call me back. I want to reschedule with them but they won't let me. Times have been hard for all of us this past year but taking advantage of people under the circumstances is inexcusable in my eyes. read more

This was our first time renting a bounce house. They were fantastic!! They got back to me with a quote within 15 min of my request and were very professional! They got my business because they stated they had a safety siren, were licensed, and insured. They showed up early and had our bounce house all set up with plenty of time to spare before the party and talked us through the safety and setup. Michael was very helpful in walking me through the process and very friendly. Pickup was done quickly and hassle free. Incredible, friendly, customer focused service!! Kids parties can be stressful but Mike made renting a bounce house the easiest and smartest decision we made! The house itself was top quality and we also rented a giant size game as well as tables and chairs for the kiddos--with Mike's suggestion to go with tables and chairs sized for our 3-5 yr old guests which was a life saver!! I ordered Giant Connect 4 and Giant Jenga for our block party. The delivery was awesome. They were early, set everything up, and were very friendly. The games were a big hit. I would have like the Jenga to actually be Giant, but it was still fun. The pick up at night was seamless and again very friendly. I will use them again for our next party. read more

I've rented from several bouncy house providers around the Houston area as my son has been growing up and this experience has been, by far, the easiest to execute. The company has, in my opinion, the best tech for safety and the best designs for maximum fun. I'm an engineer by trade and I like efficiency. I made a call, they delivered the bouncy house, set everything up, and when everything was said and done they came packed up and left. Payment was a breeze. Their professionalism relieved me from having to focus on that aspect of that party and allowed me to focus on enjoying myself and having fun with family and friends.
