This experience was fun and the staff were friendly! We were greeted by the host and there was a welcome sign with our names. She offered us mimosas too! We got the 45 minute slot for 2 people and it was just the right amount. We added on the mystery level 1 bin, which included many items like a printer. Within the time, we were given breaks where we would get water and the staff would clean up the room. I thought there was only a set amount of items, but they would give us more bottles to break! Super unique and dope experience! I never knew that willingly breaking items would be so much fun. But it was a blast! They give you free mimosas while you sign a waiver. They have you watch a safety video first. Then they let you ask any questions before beginning. They give you explicit instructions to follow before taking you to the next room to get your gear. We did the package that included painting and breaking stuff. You get boots, plastic body smocks, glasses and a helmet. If you are prone to sweating like me, then you will definitely be drenched by the time you are done. Between the physical activity, the gear you have on and there not really being any air conditioning in the break rooms, it gets HOT. Make sure to wear clothes that are comfortable and that you don't mind getting dirty. Also, even if you feel like you're protected with the gear, still be cautious with the glass you break. My wife and I both had pieces of glass pop right against our bodies. We didn't get hurt but it's definitely still possible that you could. You get several weapons of choice which included a sledgehammer (my favorite), a hammer, a small bat, and a few others. As far breaking items, we had glass plates, empty wine bottles, pallets, even baby car seats. Lol. You cannot hit the walls. You get a break during your session where you can go out and stand under the big fan to cool off before going back it. When we got to the painting part, we had wished there was a larger variety of paint to use but we made it work. They ask you what music you want to play while you paint so that was a nice touch (both in break and paint rooms). We had a canvas that we could take home that we basically just splattered with different colors which looked really cool. Overall, the painting was cool but I definitely would go back for just the breaking experience instead. Highly recommend for a unique first date or somewhere to go release some frustration. Friendly and helpful staff that know what they're doing. 5 stars!!! read more

It was okay. For the price, not so much. The regular rooms were fairly small and the breakable objects in the room were already torn and half broken..so it's just you smashing already smashed and broken stuff.. On top of that, they give you all these glass bottles to break but with the room being so small, it's a little dangerous when there's 3 people in a 500 sq ft room and glass shards are flying everywhere. The gear is not very protective at all, they give you these little blue paper thin gowns that you tie around your waist as well as some broken headgear. Whilst smashing, a glass shard flew up and almost hit my boyfriend on the side of his neck, an exposed area. This place isn't worth the money if you're getting a regular room. It's way too small, expensive and not safe enough. read more

But he was amazing! Very friendly and personable. He offered us some mimosas and chose some fire music to play for us to rage and break things to. He kept making jokes with us like he was just one of our good friends and I truly appreciated that. He provided me and my group of friends a memorable experience in our first ever rage room. A lot of wine bottles and some glass plates were provided and it was such a wonderful feeling just throwing it on the ground or throwing it at the wall. Date nights are always great, but can get a little routine, so we wanted to do something different and we found it here at Break Life! My boyfriend and I signed up for a 30 minute rage painting session and it was SOOO much fun! Upon arrival the staff greeted us and had a photo area set up for us with personalized props with both of our names on it. It felt so fun and special for just the two of us. When we got to the actual rage-painting part, we got to blare our own music which - who doesn't like to scream every word of a song you love. They gave us the option to have the lights turned off and LED lights on which we thought would make it that much more fun and different. With the lights off and LED lights on, we couldn't see what color paint we were grabbing but it was just so much fun! Incredibly disappointing experience, especially for the cost. Hardly anything to break in the break room. Music did not work, bc they were using flimsy ipod speakers that are placed OUTSIDE the break room. For the price they are charging, there should be speakers in the ceiling to get the vibe. Hard to break anything in silence. Again, not much to break in the break room, 5 min was enough. We were standing around for the rest of the 15 min we had in the room. Also, they need better changing areas and washing off areas, especially for people who also do the paint room. There is nickel and diming, after charging in exorbitant pricing for an experience that was only 30 min, we had to pay for coveralls for the paint room and boots. I would have minded less to pay extra if it was a good experience, but it was extremely disappointing. We did appreciate the birthday set up they did, however, the experience is otherwise waste of time and money. read more
