Our waitress told us that the paella takes 35 minutes to make but we ordered the Paella de Mariscos for our table and not only did it come out very quickly, but it became everyone's favorite dish. I'd still advise you to order this first if this is something you want to try. Aside from the paella, the portions are understandably small since this is tapas, but we left feeling satiated. Because this is located in Old Town Spring, there is an entire parking lot as well as street parking, but finding a spot can be a hit or a miss in the summertime.
