In response to Tammy W…read more I don't usually respond to reviews, but this one is so misleading I feel like I need to speak up. I was present at the event Tammy W. is referring to, and her review does not reflect what actually happened. She was involved in a serious disruption during the event, which caused a lot of stress for the couple and guests. It's clear that this review is coming from a place of personal frustration rather than an honest assessment of the venue. From what I saw, the venue was clean and well-kept, exactly like the pictures. The bridal suite was private and comfortable, and the staff was professional and attentive throughout. I didn't witness any of the issues she's describing with noise, cleanliness, or parking. In fact, the team went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly despite the challenging situation. It's upsetting to see someone try to damage a venue's reputation with such an unfair account. If you're considering booking here, I'd strongly encourage visiting in person or speaking with other guests--my experience was truly positive.

Don't let the pictures fool you. The staff and service is horrible, if you have an outside event…read moreyou will hate the cars driving by with loud music or sirens from police in the area. The gazebo is dirty and could use a simple power washing. If you're a bride and need your own space don't book this venue, there is one small room and it gets hot or you can use the main house but everyone who needs to use the restroom will walk through your space. They up charge every little add on so be prepared for that as well. Parking is also an issue if you have more than 10 cars. Overall, what could be a descent venue is not what it appears to be.

We also can't thank our coordinator Stephani enough for such a seamless and beautiful wedding. We both have been beaming and on cloud 9 since then. So many people in our bridal party kept commenting how "awesome your coordinator is! WOW She's on top of it!" And I attribute that to why I was able to enjoy the night as thoroughly as I was. Stephani truly is A+++ at her job. She made us both feel so taken care of and brought items (vases/signs) from her own personal arsenal to enhance our special day. We won't forget Agave or our coordinator- they facilitated so much joy and memories we will always cherish!

So excited we got Invited to my friends garden wedding here in a few weeks, cant wait! Katy TX is approx. 1hr drive from Houston airport, 30min from downtown Houston Galleria where my lodging will be located. I have a few tourist attractions in mind while visiting. Galveston coastline/ beach is approx. 1hr from Houston. So I finally got the chance to visit beautiful Palm Royal Villa!! Whewww its absolutely amazingly gorgeous!! I see why one would organize a fabulous event at this location. They have two floors and rooms upstairs for the hostess to use. My friend and her wedding party were getting dressed when we arrived, so I got to see a little bit of upstairs. We checked in, temp checks, guest list check in, hand sanitizer, and mask worn for the event. The employees and staff coming to Villa followed the CoVid recommended guide lines. Everything was set up nicely and organized, we did stay inside until the wedding started due to the heat. The staff were really friendly and welcoming during our visit. The event and caters for the wedding did a fabulous job! There was a DJ, bar service and a photographer at the event. I took alot of pics, some reviews on google complained about the Villa not having many reviews or pics. Hopes this helps others who may be considering using the facility for the future. The website does gives some details and contact information. Keep in mind the heat when doing a outdoor event during CoVid. We really enjoyed ourselves. I felt like we stepped out of the country for a bit!! I would highly recommend them in the near future.

I was my sister right hand in this event, I was involved in everything and I was very impressed with the service starting from the owner to the entire staff. The place was clean , smell amazing. Food was warm and delicious, the Cordinator Ana was very friendly, attentive, professional and efficient. The servers were great, friendly and quick . The bartenders were super helpful, we ended up with a lot of leftovers alcohol and the bartenders had it all organized with the inventory and in a little dolly ready to go . I don't have any event for me coming up any time soon , but if I do , I will do it here for sure ! I forgot to mention the Dj , he was very good and fallow the list of requested songs from the Quinceaneras . Not sure why some ppl give a bad review for 1 thing they are not happy and disregard all the 99 good things about it , no one is perfect if you read bad reviews about this place ignore it . See it for your self how good this place is ! Sincerely, Lucy kilgore / Solis family

When my mom went to ask how much was left, the person at the bar said we finished it all. When she asked to see the empty bottles, they said they already threw everything away. I think it should be required to show the empty bottles used up at the end of the party. Just seemed pretty weird to me and made me question the integrity of the establishment.

They had a dining area with small tables for adults & two picnic tables for the kids. The cake area was safely off to the side. I liked how there were 2 bathrooms options in the dining area & play area. Shoes must be removed and placed in the cubby space when in the play area. There were several activities to explore and the design was very cute. Kids can even dress up in costumes. There was also an option to paint wooden pieces. I thought the 2 hosts were very nice and helped the parents to stay on track of time. I really thought the male host was very good with genuinely interacting with the kids & showed care & interest for the actual party. I liked the Disney music being played as well. I would definitely consider this place for a potential birthday party for my own kids.

There's an area for the events and then there's another area to the rear where you can have food service set up, which is what happened this time. It would make an incredible place for any type of event, weddings, parties, etc. There was also a stage in the event you wanted to have a band or DJ set up. I really love this venue and I hope to visit again soon.
