They arrived over an hour late for our reservation and then took another hour to get set up all during our peak time due to a "broken laptop." In reality, they had double booked with an event that obviously deemed more important. There was little communication during this time, and they promised a refund for those hours and digital pictures for free. And then they completely ghosted me no matter how many times I followed up. I never received the refund or pictures. They are incredibly unprofessional, and I would absolutely not recommend.

I spoke to the owner Danielle who was extremely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to answer my questions. I was concerned there wouldn't be room in my banquet space for the photo stand, so Danielle graciously went out of her way to stop at my venue and scope it out to make sure it was doable. The next day, just hours before my event, I confirmed with her that I would like the photo stand, and she made it happen in the nick of time! The majority of the guests were teenagers and he did a great job hosting them at the booth. He did a great job. The kids loved the Photobooth and props. I paid for the photos to be printed & he did not even print out half of my photos & did not give my guest any of them just gave me some at the end of the session when I mentioned about half way through are the photos being printed out. Then at 6:00 he tells me okay ma'am I am about to leave because I came early. I told him no I paid for a service of 3:30 to 6:30, he said I started at 3:00. I told him oh no sir I looked at the clock the exact time you took the 1st photo at 3:45 when you immediately finished setting up at 3:44 so you really owe me until 6:45, 15 minutes late because you were behind. He then tells me he has a time stamp of the 1st photo I then tell him okay you can show it to me because I promise you I looked at my watch when you started & I also have a ring camera in here that we can record back if need be. He then proceeded to finish my service out but only til about 6:25 & had an ugly attitude of not wanting to be there the entire rest of the time & I was nothing but nice & cooperative with him & just wanted a special day for my child's graduation party. I am a person that has several parties a year & will reuse vendors & ppl again & again but not Sky Photo will I be using ever again. A big shout out to Travis who was able to bring my Back to the Future photo from "2024" to the current date in 2026. It is really sweet to be elite!!! I think that I have been at some other Yelp events that also had FlashBar. The AI generated images are my favorite, though. Check out their website. Would be fun to have at a party, quinceañera, Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah, or Sweet Sixteen.
