The main building has a courtyard that allows for cocktail hour, or a mixer prior yo entering the building. The interior is pretty standard issue and I found it to be unremarkable outside of the wedding.

A few dishes we found that had nuts were surprisingly the pork belly and the cheese balls. So, don't make assumptions. Plenty of parking, easy to get in/out of. We attended Briscoe Manor's open house in January 2026, which was a showcase of vendors that are familiar with the venue and samples from their in-house catering. It was a fantastic open house. Their in-house catering had short rib wellington bites being walked around, and the buffet sampler spread included a meat and cheese charcuterie board, hummus dip, French onion dip with bread, roasted vegetables, elotes, shrimp cocktails, and deviled eggs. A few hot plates available were the butternut squash rigatoni, crab asparagus, pork belly, and meat loaf. I would say my favorites were the crab asparagus and the short rib Wellington bites. The venue itself is quite beautiful. The dance floor is a bit small and is raised, so some care should be taken for mixing too much alcohol into that. A string quartet with pop music was playing and the acoustics were very nice in the main reception hall. The team seemed very friendly and the church was steps away from the reception hall (walk outside briefly, but it's entirely covered in case of rain).

After meeting with Sarah we were hooked. The rooftop offers a beautiful city vibes area with lights, second floor is surrounded with windows to see the gardens area and the beautiful tree and the 1st floor gives you that industrial vibe. This venue was more than we could have ever imagined. Both the bride and groom suite was so well decorated and designed ; we had so much fun getting ready with our friends in there. All of the venues owners are absolutely amazing and answered all of my annoying questions lol. I am a florist/ wedding decorator myself and this place was so easy to add to and enhance the space. I would 1000% recommend booking Bowery for your wedding/ event. I need to have another event soon so I can come back Thank you guys X100 for everything Thea + Andy

Wedddding Flow!!! This is a quaint event center with an awesome 3 levels…read more Parking: This is a stand alone building, so there is a separate parking lot on the premises. First Level: Ceremony Space!!! This is a lovely space. If you are sitting in the back, it may be a bit hard to see and hear. But I think if you bring in your own DJ, the sound may be your responsibility?? The Rustic look of the ceremony space is beautiful and did I mention that it is covered. It technically indoor/ outdoor. Half of the first floor is walled off and the other half allows for a nice breeze to flow. Not to mention that they have a large fan under the pavillion. Second Level: The reception! Parrrrrtay anyone!!! This level is accessible via the elevator or the stairs. This room is large enough to fit circle, square, and oblong shaped tables. It is also large enough to fit the dinner buffet in it as well and a bar area. The restrooms on this floor is limited, but no worries, if they are occupied, you can easily go to another floor! Third Level: Rooftop... Woooohoooo!!! This rooftop is beautiful and spacious. This is accessible via elevator and via stairs. The set up included cocktail tables and minimal seating. Also, there are a few outdoor/patio umbrellas, but when the sun is out, man this place is hot!!! So, just be ware. If you have a summer time event, please wait until the sun goes down or provide plenty of coverage. There is also a bar set up on this level. In essence, this is a nice venue for a wedding or a swanky party. It looks like they give their hosts flexibility with decor, food, and DJ. The best part of it all is that it is a stand alone and has its own parking.

What a GREAT experience! The Rustic Brush is putting a new twist on the old and boring…read more"painting-and-BYOB" concept with an activity that is fun and innovative, involves you in the creative experience from start to finish, leaves you with a product you actually WANT to display in your home, and -MOST IMPORTANTLY- makes you feel like an independent-ass woman who don't need no man! For this activity, you're essentially creating a rustic art piece (choose from sign, doormat, or door hangar) with a stencil/graphic of your choosing. Prices differ depending on the the type and size of the piece of you want to do. Probably the most inviting and exciting part of this whole process is choosing your stencil/graphic... and ooooh baby, does TRB got you covered! Love-themed stencils, adventure/travel-themed stencils, religious-themed stencils, ones for pets, ones for every room in the house... you're bound to find something that calls to you! And if not, you can customize your own graphic for an extra fee. I love that TRB's website sorts everything out into categories, so it's a lot easier to spot something you like. Once you reserve your timeslot, choose your sign, size, and graphic, all you need to do is show up. A few gal-pals and I decided to do Sunday Funday at TRB's new location in Katy today and it was an AWESOME experience! We arrived with snacks 'n dranks (emphasis on the dranks) in tow, and found our materials and stencils prepared and ready for us. The staff members were great at walking us through the process and assisting us whenever we needed something. Unlike painting classes where you have to follow a guide, you can move at your own pace here; the staff will always be around if you get stuck. That said, BIG KUDOS to them for being so patient with us even though we kept scurrying off to eat and take shots in between brush strokes (we were being judged so hard by other patrons for this, haha!). After a few hours (mind you, we were a party of 5), our masterpieces were done. Each of us had signs varying in size, alignment, and colors; some of us did gradient/ombre effects; some threw glitter on it... I love how each piece came out completely original and unique! Overall, it was such a rewarding experience. In between the painting and hammering, you truly find your inner creative badass, and in the end, you get to bring home something original and 100% your own. Unlike painting classes where everyone creates the same boring picture that will probably end up collecting dust in someone's closet, this is a place I can totally see myself coming back to again and again to create unique pieces for my home. I'm already planning on bringing my hubby sometime soon so we can create something for our living room! Anyway... there you have it, folks - time to drop the painting brush and pick up the hammer!

In response to Tammy W…read more I don't usually respond to reviews, but this one is so misleading I feel like I need to speak up. I was present at the event Tammy W. is referring to, and her review does not reflect what actually happened. She was involved in a serious disruption during the event, which caused a lot of stress for the couple and guests. It's clear that this review is coming from a place of personal frustration rather than an honest assessment of the venue. From what I saw, the venue was clean and well-kept, exactly like the pictures. The bridal suite was private and comfortable, and the staff was professional and attentive throughout. I didn't witness any of the issues she's describing with noise, cleanliness, or parking. In fact, the team went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly despite the challenging situation. It's upsetting to see someone try to damage a venue's reputation with such an unfair account. If you're considering booking here, I'd strongly encourage visiting in person or speaking with other guests--my experience was truly positive.

The gazebo is dirty and could use a simple power washing. If you're a bride and need your own space don't book this venue, there is one small room and it gets hot or you can use the main house but everyone who needs to use the restroom will walk through your space. They up charge every little add on so be prepared for that as well. Parking is also an issue if you have more than 10 cars. Overall, what could be a descent venue is not what it appears to be.
