My cousin 50th. We celebrated with an all time fashion on this day of April 5. Good venue to host events. Parking was plenty around building. Police security paid for after hours included. I highly recommend this place . My nieces had a double Quinceañera here last weekend. I was my sister right hand in this event, I was involved in everything and I was very impressed with the service starting from the owner to the entire staff. The place was clean , smell amazing. Food was warm and delicious, the Cordinator Ana was very friendly, attentive, professional and efficient. The servers were great, friendly and quick . The bartenders were super helpful, we ended up with a lot of leftovers alcohol and the bartenders had it all organized with the inventory and in a little dolly ready to go . I don't have any event for me coming up any time soon , but if I do , I will do it here for sure ! I forgot to mention the Dj , he was very good and fallow the list of requested songs from the Quinceaneras . Not sure why some ppl give a bad review for 1 thing they are not happy and disregard all the 99 good things about it , no one is perfect if you read bad reviews about this place ignore it . This one star goes to the coordinator Cynthia. She was very rude and during our initial conversations she would give back unprofessional comments over text. We didn't end up going with this hall which I am so happy about. I could imagine the problems she would have given us. She doesn't know how to speak to clients and feels like she is entitled. I had my daughter's quinceañera in November 2023 at the Stacey location. The staff were so understanding with how stressed out I was planning the party as I am not a person to want to plan type of celebration and only did it for my daughter. My event coordinator Nancy made the experience as easy and as smoothly as possible for me to plan. Alex was very attentive to all the concerns I had regarding the set-up of the hall and accommodated all the requests I had for it. Martha answered every question I had concerning financing the event. They made my daughter's party so wonderful not only for my daughter but also for everyone who attended. All I heard from everyone was how beautifully the celebration turned out. When my daughter said "This is so surreal! I never thought I would ever have this!" several times throughout the evening, it made the process of planning it so worth it. I will definitely be planning any future events I may have with them again and I highly recommend you do too. read more

The coordinator rude. The place is nice but Cynthia the coordinator was rude. Customer service is the key to good service and that's not so. Renting a hall /venue is a large $$ investment no one wants to spend their hard earnings to a person that shows as if she too busy and very dry personality. The worst customer service!!! I originally booked them in August 2020 for a baby shower. During my tour of the facility I asked several questions, you know because of Covid-19 and they always said they would work with me if we had to cancel the event. They said they would give me a year, right away I said most likely my new event would go past the year since my baby was due late September and I would be celebrating her birthday. Again they said no worries we will work. Here comes August and I had to cancel. They said I would have to go in and sign a new contract with the new date...there they told me my date would have to be August 2021, if I wanted to book for October I would have to pay a 5% fee even after they had originally told me the would work with me. So whatever 8 months pregnant and 2cm dilated I drove to pay and sign a new contract. Haven't heard at al from them. Usually if they wanted a payment or a change in my contract they would call like crazy leave voicemails...but no nothing. I decided to give them a call today (July) to pay my remaining balance $500. They couldn't find my contract and said someone else would call. They called back and said my even was canceled as of December. No courtesy call no voicemail no nothing to tell me they would be canceling my event. Now she is telling me she is not my "babysitter" to do so and that if I want my event back to pay an additional $350. They don't care about their customers! They just want to screw you in every way to collect fees. I've should've known they weren't good business people when they made me sign a second contract because they lost my first one! read more

We just celebrated our daughter's Sweet 16 at Alegria Gardens on 529. Everything was great! The food, cake, decor and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I love the 529 location especially the patio. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend them! read more

This is about the coordinator that was rudely speaking too a family member of mine only curious about the number of chairs for my friends grad party unfortunately she needs too attend her attitude because if she continues too disrespect her Future guests she won't have a very stable job. My fiancé and I were looking for venues for our wedding. This place came up and we inquired. The contact person texted me at least once a week about coming in to tour. I appreciated this BUT eventually I told her we had picked a different venue and she was not at all happy with me. She did not once congratulate me on this or say thank you. However, even after that message, I got texts asking to come in to tour. It took me blocking the number for them to stop contacting me!!! read more

My experience here was very disappointing I was so looking forward to this location until I went in to sign my contract. Cynthia was very upset when I ask a question why she insisted I pay a 25% instead of the 15% on the contract and Asked her if for unforeseen circumstances happens will 10% be returned back to me since it says 15% non refund. To my surprise she made stereotype and judgmental comments. ( she is charging me 25% because I look like am going to cancel and even if I pay her full money she will not give me any refund stating that my event is less than 6months based on that I do not qualify for any refund) I ask my boss at work who is not black to call just to be sure I was treated fairly. My boss was quoted the same price but not giving the same conditions she told her she will need to pay a minimum of 15% deposit non refundable which is required. My boss asked her again this conversation was not in English about the deposit and she said 15% . Wow what a shame. But am blessed because we got a place just 10mins after and saved about a thousand. Had a "Indian style" wedding organized here at Alegria gardens! The venue is excellent..we had about 200 guests and space wasn't an issue..Nancy the wedding coordinator worked with us meticulously and REALLY took good care of us! From the pricing, to the details about decorations, food, cake etc, she was really knowledgeable and guided us very well in planning our event! My daughters XV were in Dic 2019. Overall I have to say this place was amazing. Nancy is the best event planner, she is so patient, informative and made herself available 24/7 (I felt it that way). Working with her was great, she made all my ideas, doubts and worries so easy to deal with giving advice, options, and would tell me "Its going to be fine and it will have a great outcome" I loved working with her, besides Alegria has beautiful decor options (modern tables, fancy linen, center pieces, etc) that made my event look amazing with the theme we had which was winter wonderland. The vendors they work with such as food, cake, etc were great, besides Nancy always made sure that they would take care of me on my visit for tasting. Family who came from Spain, UK, South America, New York and Miami were delighted with everything and the customer service given by the waiters. I am grateful we chose them for such an important celebration and definitely recommend them. Nancy made sure that every detailed was taken care of, and always with a friendly attitude. This past August I hosted my mehndi (pre-wedding/Pakistani) event at Alegria Gardens. When we first walked in, my mother and I were extremely impressed with how clean and beautiful the venue was. The prices were reasonable as well. The only issue we really faced was dealing with management. Both ladies managing our venue could have been more polite and understanding. As far as the day of the event, things thankfully went smoothly which is why we would recommend the venue to our friends and family. read more

I decided not to go with them because I got to witness how one of them talked to an older lady that works for them, talk about having respect for your elders. This place is absurdly unprofessional. They cut up the top tier of a wedding cake, served the cake on paper plates with plastic utensils, and kept the rest of the cake to themselves. Not only did they not provide many of the services that were paid for and written in the contact, they were extremely rude and threatened to sue the wedding party for missing center pieces that weren't even there initially, as seen in recorded video footage. Don't rent out this hall unless you're prepared to be horrified. We would have liked to have accepted the problems and moved on from this, but the owners of this hall are unfortunately very rude and belligerent. read more

I had my wedding here on 6/23/2012 and was very impressed with most everything they had to offer except the DJ, I could have done without. The decorations were were stunning, the food was delicious and the cake was awesome plus we did take the top tier home and any leftovers. Planning a wedding with a crazy work schedule can be difficult. My husband and I are very happy and thankful with the service AG offered us. Our event coordinator was Nancy and she assisted us throughout the whole process. If we ever had a question all we would do was text or call her and she was always available for us.
