In response to Tammy W…read more I don't usually respond to reviews, but this one is so misleading I feel like I need to speak up. I was present at the event Tammy W. is referring to, and her review does not reflect what actually happened. She was involved in a serious disruption during the event, which caused a lot of stress for the couple and guests. It's clear that this review is coming from a place of personal frustration rather than an honest assessment of the venue. From what I saw, the venue was clean and well-kept, exactly like the pictures. The bridal suite was private and comfortable, and the staff was professional and attentive throughout. I didn't witness any of the issues she's describing with noise, cleanliness, or parking. In fact, the team went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly despite the challenging situation. It's upsetting to see someone try to damage a venue's reputation with such an unfair account. If you're considering booking here, I'd strongly encourage visiting in person or speaking with other guests--my experience was truly positive.

The gazebo is dirty and could use a simple power washing. If you're a bride and need your own space don't book this venue, there is one small room and it gets hot or you can use the main house but everyone who needs to use the restroom will walk through your space. They up charge every little add on so be prepared for that as well. Parking is also an issue if you have more than 10 cars. Overall, what could be a descent venue is not what it appears to be.

Sidra and Reveur Events saved my wedding reception!…read more I am a South-Asian Bride that got married in June in Houston! Sidra was the Day of Coordinator for our reception, and she is singlehandedly the only reason our wonderful night was a success for everyone!!! From unexpected catering delays, confused DJ, no EMCEE, missing shoes, complicated family entrances, DOORDASHING BATTERIES for our Neon sign, day-of last minute decor changes and schedule changes- Sidra handled everything all while making sure me and my hubz had a taste of ALL of the appetizers, entrees, AND desserts. She handled everything and I actually got to enjoy my Reception I felt so lucky. She is a coordinator genie! ALL of my guests from my event came to tell me how smooth the order of events and ceremonies was for the night and how much they enjoyed a well-put together event! (We had a lot of things in the schedule to keep pacing fun for the guests) Even before the wedding, she was on top of timelines, punctual, communicative - but most importantly she gave us a lot of advice we ended up using and are SO GLAD! She was professional, courteous and exceptional to our other vendors as well and overall I just can't thank her enough for all the heart she put in for our big day!!!

Due to COVID-19 I was unable to proceed (AirBNB owner cancelled then I was unable to secure another location). I told Chef Will as soon as I found out to cancel but he never refunded me. He said: "How do you suggest that I recoup the money I would have made from the other people I turned away for the date you placed a deposit on? You cancelled. You could've accepted a delivery on the date you requested and either improvised or eaten it later." - I told him he didn't give me any options such as delivery and never responded to my emails until much later on. He then tells me "I spent the last 2-3 days trying to book your cancellation with a couple of people I had turned away due to your booking. I had no luck." - Because you can't find any additional clients you won't refund me. Great business model. "As a professional courtesy I can offer you a discount on a future booking or a 25% refund. " - Thank you so much, I spend $250 on absolutely nothing and I get 25% off next time I want to throw my money away? To sum it up: Chef Will stole $250 from me and was unprofessional. He was slow to respond to emails and never mentioned that the deposit was non-refundable. I would STRONGLY not recommend him, I would give 0 stars if it was an option

So excited we got Invited to my friends garden wedding here in a few weeks, cant wait! Katy TX is approx. 1hr drive from Houston airport, 30min from downtown Houston Galleria where my lodging will be located. I have a few tourist attractions in mind while visiting. Galveston coastline/ beach is approx. 1hr from Houston. So I finally got the chance to visit beautiful Palm Royal Villa!! Whewww its absolutely amazingly gorgeous!! I see why one would organize a fabulous event at this location. They have two floors and rooms upstairs for the hostess to use. My friend and her wedding party were getting dressed when we arrived, so I got to see a little bit of upstairs. We checked in, temp checks, guest list check in, hand sanitizer, and mask worn for the event. The employees and staff coming to Villa followed the CoVid recommended guide lines. Everything was set up nicely and organized, we did stay inside until the wedding started due to the heat. The staff were really friendly and welcoming during our visit. The event and caters for the wedding did a fabulous job! There was a DJ, bar service and a photographer at the event. I took alot of pics, some reviews on google complained about the Villa not having many reviews or pics. Hopes this helps others who may be considering using the facility for the future. The website does gives some details and contact information. Keep in mind the heat when doing a outdoor event during CoVid. We really enjoyed ourselves. I felt like we stepped out of the country for a bit!! I would highly recommend them in the near future.
