    Hang on kids, we're going for a ride…read more Install for new AC and furnace. Guys are super friendly, polite, and answer all of my questions. One guy shows me pictures of his dog - awesome. Later that night I notice water dripping from the humidifier down the side of my furnace. I call and the on-call guy walks me though how to stop it. The next day, a service guy comes out and tells me that the install guys forgot the condensation hose that connects the humidifier to the drain pipe. He connects a hose and tells me I'm good to go. He too shows me pictures of his dog - lovely. The next morning, the rug next to my furnace is wet - the drainage pipe is leaking. I call again and the same service guy comes out and tells me the install guys didn't glue the drainage pipe pieces together. He glues them together and I point out that it looks like it's still leaking. He tells me it's just water from when he took it apart and leaves. About half hour later I look, and sure enough there's a puddle. I call him and he says he'll turn around and come back. He does and tells me a thingamajig wasn't tightened at the bottom and NOW we're good. (Note: I had to leave work early twice for this.) A few days later the electrician and a guy doing something with the gas line come out. Again, super friendly and polite. A couple hours later I notice it's getting toasty in my house. Thermostat reads 77 and there's a yellow triangle symbol with an exclamation point, that when I click on it says, "Communication Error, " to not try and fix it myself, and to contact my dealer. So I call. Again. On-call guy walks me through a reset that doesn't work, so he comes out, only to find they didn't flip the power to my AC back on. He apologized and said their notes showed they checked everything was working before leaving, which clearly wasn't true. The final part of their installation service is called "commissioning". I have a text message stating my appointment is on Friday, May 16, between 3 and 3:30. I leave work early, arrive home at 3, and shortly after 3:30 call to get an ETA. I am told my appointment is for the following Monday at the same time. I look at my work schedule and confirm I can make it work between appointments IF he can be there right at 3. Commissioning guy is right on time, fully explained my new unit and thermostat, and made adjustments to optimize it to my home. He was very helpful and even fixed an issue I was having with my front door, which obviously, was completely unrelated to his visit. Overall, I'm satisfied.. A very annoying and inconvenient start, but they are prompt with fixing issues. I also like their service plan (free for the first year) and that it includes every 6 months maintenance and a furnace filter.

Corey came to the house and gave me a couple of options, based on plus or minus of my existing furnace and just replacing the heat pump, I opted for both to be replaced. Richard showed up on time, I showed him where everything is, handed him the keys and left to do family errands. I came back 5 hours later and the system was up and running, the house started cooling off right away from the 97 degree inside temp. Richard and his partner cleaned up everything explained the new system and I can't be happier. The Daykin system is so quiet that I think its off, when its not, I'll be looking forward to winter this year and not crossing my fingers. First class company and tech's, my dog is extremely happy and has claimed a register as his own.

    To whoever may see this review, Rex and this company are…read morehands down the most amazing company to ever work with. This may be long but read till the end. I contacted them through yelp chat message one evening because we just bought a house and the owners had no plans on cleaning it before they left. So I reached out and just asked about their services after doing a bunch of research on carpet cleaning companies because they had such high rated reviews and came recommended by a lot of people. Rex messaged me back within 2 hours (this was in the evening around 9pm) and gave me all the information I was asking for. It was a hard ask but they were able to squeeze me in their tight schedule to clean after the owners moved their stuff out (which was supposed to be the morning of closing). Btw it was a very large job as all the carpets were urine soaked and there was about 10 or more full rooms of carpet. 2 days before closing we had our final walkthrough and the place was rough, even worse than when we first saw the house, but we were informed at noon that the current owners wouldn't be out until 5pm now, I was extremely upset. How was I supposed to tell Big Red's that the 2pm appointment won't work now when we desperately needed it. But I got on the yelp messages and let Rex know I appreciate him squeezing us in but we are not allowed in the house until after 5pm now so we will have to clean them ourselves seeing as they are already a busy company and I did not expect them to work that late. Well I will tell you Rex didn't even hesitate to reply back to me and told me to give him a little bit of time and see what he could do. I was wanting to get excited but this is Omaha and moving from a small Nebraska town to a big one we didn't want to get our hopes up, but I agreed. Not sure how much time passed but I know by the next morning Rex had a crew scheduled for my house and he called me to tell me the great news. I was in Kansas City picking up my brother to help me move my stuff but I was so shocked that I completely forgot where I was going, but I couldn't tell you how happy I was after dealing with these owners of this house, something finally good was happening. Well the next day is closing and the crew shows up, They immediately notice the damage these owners have caused to the carpets and have some suggestions for remedy that were above the proposed plan in the beginning but I listen to their advice and give them the go ahead and they start cleaning right away. I get off work at 7 so when I get there the carpets smell so much better and they are still busting their butts. They did such an amazing job working around us moving stuff in that we can, and walking around everywhere. They turned these carpets from destroyed nasty carpets to almost new. I couldn't believe it. They blew my expectations out of the water and I HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE looking for any of their services as they will go above and beyond your expectations for service and quality. And their prices are not very expensive considering how much work they had to do. I am still so very happy and amazed at their ability to deliver such a quality service and care for their customer. You Rex have gained a lifelong customer. Thank you from the whole Galvan family!
