The ceiling on the first floor was cut open in a rough, uneven manner and left fully exposed, without being sealed off by a plastic partition as it should have been. This level of workmanship was unacceptable and created additional challenges. Tim, the point person for the project, disappeared after the first day. He failed to provide promised documentation, was disorganized, and communicated poorly. A second restoration company is now having to fix many of the mistakes left behind. While Phoenix was recommended by my State Farm agent, I would not recommend them to anyone.
