It fails. Hence the shower releasing a spray of soapy water on my wife's car every time, once the paste broke down. AX to the rescue. They fit me in within a week and two techs came and "cleared roots" from the drain. I asked them to please use blades to better clear the blockage and was assured this wasn't necessary. Within a week the my basement was flooded again. I called the owner and told him and and he said he was waiting on a new cable as the one they used was broken. It was broken when he sent the techs out. It was too short and there was no way of putting blades on. I was assured he would call me the following Monday or Tuesday once he received the new cable. He never called or responded to my texts. I had to go out of town for two weeks and when I returned I called and was told he had forgotten about me. Then he proceeded to tell me that the cable he was sent was the wrong one and would check status and get back to me. No call backs no response to text messages. I've given up. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
