Dave, the guy that came and gave me a quote was not some high pressure salesman like some other companies in the area. He explained my problem thoroughly and the provided a solution and didn't add a bunch of crap I didn't need. The crew that came out were extremely friendly and courteous. I've have never seen a crew work so hard and efficient and the completed the job in 1 day! As far as cover and cleanup, I was really impressed that they covered EVERYTHING with plastic before they began, then even covered everything in my garage with plastic as well and then they were finished they swept and cleaned up very well. With that said, if anyone thinks they are going to have a contractor come out and bust up a ton of concrete and not have a ton of dust leftover, you're crazy. I too have a ton of dust and some pretty massive cleanup after the project.. BUT, come on, that's expected. And BDB are not merry maids. I paid them to do a job and they did it beyond my expectations and even their cleanup was more than I expected. If anyone has a problem with dust afterwards and having to clean it, then I'd suggest hiring a maid service afterwards, or, just use it as an opportunity to do a deep cleaning that you're house probably needs anyway. VERY, HIGHLY, EXTREMELY, SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!
