They came & did the 1st service, however, they didn't clean up the pine cones as promised. When we txt him or call them again, they just no response. Not recommend their service. read more

I have a property in the Santa Cruz Mountains where some 150' tall Doug Firs were leaning over the structures, and they could not be dropped easily. First of all, Salvador and Adolfo were VERY professional in the quoting process. They were obviously careful, and came up with a reasonable quote. The crew were amazing. They were polite, showed up on time, and finished the work far faster than I expected. If you ever wonder whether your job is too complex for a tree company, please watch this video I posted on YouTube: https://youtu.be/XCZGzZup78A I was BLOWN AWAY by the way Ven Ros Tree Service did this so efficiently and safely. THANK YOU!!! read more

I live in the SC Mountains and we have SO many Douglas firs! Venros came out to talk to us multiple times and help us come up with a price that works for us to take down the Fir that was sitting just next to our house and our neighbor's house (and right above our septic tank!) This was a crazy job but the guys at Venros were so knowledgeable, very friendly and super professional. They were very careful in the removal of the tree and chipping of the pieces. They cleaned the property so well after the job that it looked better than before they started. We are VERY happy with Venros and will definitely be using them again in the future! read more

Venro's, specifically Mario, were great to work with. Mario and German came out and gave their advice as we walked around the property, and came up with a really good price. Mario scheduled their work around my daughter's nap time which was very considerate. And they were extremely fast and capable - dropping two very large trees with only 20x20' of room to do so. Thank you so much! read more

I had an excellent experience with this service. The team was friendly, talented, and worked hard. The owner left a card on my gate, which seems to be the reason for some negative reviews--it's unfortunate that people focus on that. I called, and the next day, the owner came to provide a bid. When I asked about scheduling, he said they could start the very next day. They arrived on time and exceeded my expectations, completing much more work than anticipated in a single day. They were very careful with my house and outbuildings, chipping everything and cleaning up beautifully. I would rate them 10/10! read more

Salvador came out the next day and was wonderful to speak with and work with. The day of the job he had 5 guys out here and they worked from 8am- 4pm and made my overgrown huge oak look like a whole new tree! Their bid was the lowest and they were the fastest. Once it was time to clean up, the crew leaf blew our whole property to make everything looks professional and well groomed. I can not recommend them enough! We had bids from Heurta's and Carlos Tree Service who have used in the past. From now on we will be loyal Ben Lomond customers, to Venros! read more

Adolfo came out the same day I called to give a free estimate, and then when we had more questions he came out yet again a couple days later. He is friendly, and his prices are fair. They didn't try to add any costs at the end or complain about anything. His team of 4 men came out and worked HARD all day long, doing an immense amount of work. They removed trees, stacked firewood, weed-whacked, limbed larger trees, and cleaned up afterwards. It's incredible how hard his team works and how efficient they are. I highly recommend his services and will call him again next year. read more

We're so grateful to our neighbor for introducing us to German and his tree service crew. They did an outstanding job at our home--efficient, professional, and attentive to every detail. They improved the health of our trees and significantly reduced the risk of falling branches. The team worked carefully around our hanging lights and nearby power lines and left our yard spotless, even after clearing a large amount of tree debris. We highly recommend them! read more

They won't get a call from me. They came through a locked gate onto a private road. It's more than two miles to our house on marked "private" roads, walked around our property and taped a business card on the car parked BEHIND our house. The cork board by mailboxes is for cards. The website can't be found. . read more

They do not respect your property. They ignore our No Trespassing signs and drive up our private driveway trying to solicit work.

They were quick to bid and arrive, however communication, quality, and fulfilling the terms of agreement are NOT something they are capable of. Adolfo came out for the bid, we talked over every detail and then the day of the cut, he was nowhere to be found, his crew arrived without any supervision and began cutting all the wrong stuff, and I had to run out there to stop them. Adolfo had completely failed to communicate anything to his crew. A different supervisor showed up eventually, but he wasn't given any information from the boss either. Had I not been onsite, they would've destroyed my property. Two things they were supposed to do was work slower and more carefully around existing structures, plus the logs were supposed to be cut to useable lengths 8' lengths. Instead what I received was excessive damage to my outbuildings and a bunch of 5ft logs. To add insult to injury, they repeatedly did not follow instructions and ended up driving exactly where I told him not to, got their trucks stuck in the mud, and then ended-up driving across my leach fields to tow out! Absurd. They have zero education or knowledge pertaining to the health and sustainability of trees. They merrily turn on chainsaws, cut and chip. Every professional who is visited my property since has shook their head at these guys' work. For the price, professionalism should have been present, and it was now where to be found. There's a reason these guys don't have a Google review page. 100% would not recommend them. read more

They were on time and did a great job. Everything was cleared as asked and hauled away. We would definitely use them again:)

Simply the best--many thanks to German and his crew! They've been servicing our homes since we lived in Boulder Creek, and now in Scotts Valley. German always offers a reasonable price and gets the job done quickly. Most recently, his crew limbed a redwood, scaled back an oak, and cleared our ¾-acre lawn. read more

German Rosas and his crew and Adolfo with the nice chipper truck did an amazing job trimming our precious, tall, older redwoods on over 2 acres. They went above and beyond quite literally in every aspect of the job and worked so hard. It truly was a thing of beauty watching them work high up in our trees. They brought the gift of more sunlight and more sky to our patch of dark forest. We will definitely use them again. Fairly priced, insured, licensed, efficient, on time, capable and talented. Look no further. read more

Recently, VenRos Tree Service removed a 50+ foot Leland cypress tree from my back yard. They did a great job, working in a confined space next to other trees, plants, and fences. They carried out all the branches and logs, shredded it all, and cleaned up after the job. They also trimmed some other trees, including a tall white birch. Very hard workers, and reasonable price. If you need any tree work done, I recommend them. Contact: Salvador Venegas 831-706-1750. read more

A belated update, they came back twice and apologized for the lack of communication. I still cannot attest to the quality of their work. I appreciated that they tried to make up for the lack of communication. read more

Adolfo and Salvador had a crew out to deal with our oak, they were great!!! Cleaned up and chipped all the slash, leaving us with a small pile to spread for mulch. I will hire them again, great crew, great price!!!!!! read more

We had three dying white birches situated right next to a koi pond with six giant koi in it, with power and cable lines snaking through the dead birches overhead and all this is immediately next to a newly planted garden. Quite the challenge but the Venros team met the challenge and removed all three offending trees, leaving the fish, the cables and the garden untouched. If that wasn't enough, we also had them remove an oak tree that had been split in half during the winter storms. Growing among redwoods, the oak had grown very tall and was bowed out over the street, well above telephone and cable lines. Venros' expert tree guy secured himself to a neighboring redwood and cut down the oak with no damage to the cables, etc. They cut the oak into 16" rounds for our neighbors to use for firewood and left the place looking as if nothing had happened, except the trees were gone and our neighbors have some free firewood. You can't do better than Venros Tree Service for careful, expert service. Did I mention the great price? It was. read more

German and his crew did an excellent job on numerous trees in our yard. Most importantly they cleared part of our fallen oak that was leaning on our neighbor's roof right away and then scheduled a time after the holidays to finish the job. I appreciate that they don't use spikes to climb the trees, did a thorough clean-up, all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company for all your tree needs! read more

Adolfo and his crew did an AMAZING job of converting a 50 ft. fallen oak tree to a tidy stack of logs in my driveway, in an astounding 7 hours! Couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommended! read more

Venros came to my property and did a great job. They came on time and did what was promised. The job involved thinning the canopy of about 30 redwood trees that were over 150 feet tall. When they left the job site it was clean as when they arrived. Great job for a fair price. Highly recommend them Bill A Woodside Ca read more

German and his team did a great job and quickly. The estimate was given within a day of my calling and the job was done a few days later, quickly and they cleaned up afterward and hauled everything away. I'll use VenRos Tree service again as living in the redwoods there is always work to be done. The cost of the job was also reasonable. read more

I set up an appointment for them to give me an estimate, but they never arrived. When I texted them why no one showed up or even call, I got no response. If they can't be bothered to even come out, I hate to think how badly they would have done with my project. read more

Hermon at Venros did w WONDERFUL job for us. Many very large trees were trimmed, removed, shaped. I recommend highly.

Herman did a great job for us. Fast, efficient and professional. I will use him again in the future if the need arises.

I'd like to highly recommend VENROS TREE SERVICE!! I received a friendly estimate on Monday and a crew of three showed up at 8am on Wednesday to start removing trees and trimming branches. These guys were amazing. I was dumbfounded that they took down seven small trees on the first day!! My yard is filled with decorations and they carefully relocated anything they thought could be broken. On top of all that they cut and stacked, to our specifications, the wood that we kept. All the branches were chipped and removed. I sure feel like I got my money's worth. read more

VenRos Tree service just finished trimming our trees. We have a number of large Redwoods right next to the house and German and his crew came out to take out all the dangerous branches over the house and take the sail out of the trees. German was amazing to work with!! He is very thorough when explaining what he saw needed to be done. His Crew was also amazing. We had 4 guys here. 2 were in the trees and 2 were moving the branches as they came down. The 2 on the ground also would go across the street and look, up them communicate to the guys in the tree what other branches needed to be cut. The trees look great!!! His price was very fair and their work was exceptional from start to the clean up at the finish!!! It was fun to watch these brave guys all the way up in the tippy top of the trees. All the work was right over our house which is nerve racking but they were very careful !!!! I would highly recommend!!!! read more

Adolfo and Salvador gave us a good quote, and when the day came, their crew showed up right on time. They worked quickly and carefully, and performed all of the tree work and landscaping that was agreed upon. When they were finished, they cleaned up all of the loose branches, leaves, and weeds on the ground, and our yard looks beautiful. I highly recommend them, and will call them again when we have a new project. read more

VenRos just finished a 3 day job for us in Scotts Valley and did an excellent job. They cleared part of a roadside of dead trees and debris and cleared and thinned out a redwood grove. They also cleared out another hillside of dead trees. The chipped material they spread throughout. They were knowledgeable, followed good safety protocol and had an efficient way of tackling the work. The price was reasonable for all of the work they did. From start to finish I was very impressed and have already set up a second job with them. I would highly recommend them!!! My main contact was Adolfo Venegas. read more

On time, under budget and efficient. The Venros crew were fantastic and handled our job quickly and efficiently. Thank you Venros!

German and his crew cleared an enormous oak that had fallen on a steep slope on my property. They also felled and disposed of several dead pine and Douglas fir trees. A month later another oak toppled. I had them clear that too and, while here, thin out dead branches from the upper canopy of large, healthy oak in our viewshed. In both jobs, they chipped all the branches and cleared underbrush, creating a (relatively) fire-safe corridor. The price was fair. The work crew was efficient and professional. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend VenRos. read more
