First, let me say this place was amazingly clean, and even had refreshments in waiting area. The young lady at the counter was friendly and professional. You hand them your ID and health insurance card... and the rest is done on your phone.. so easy!!! I don't feel the wait was very long, especially for a weekend at an urgent care. I was seen rather quickly and my entire visit, including X-rays, results, medications and paperwork was just over an hour. I think I take longer at my regular doctor sometimes!!! Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor explained everything to me, they gave me some shots to get thru the day... and I think this was an amazing experience! Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

The waiting area is much larger than lab corps and other quest locations. Overall it's much cleaner and bigger than any other place I've been. My appointment was 8:40am, I was in the up elevator at 8:30, and all done coming out of the down elevator at 8:40am. Dafne, the technician, called me right away as I finished my registration (dr license and insurance). She was courteous and prompt. She verified my name and date of birth, poked the needle in my left arm and I didn't even feel it. After a couple of tubes, it was done. The waiting room clean and was packed with people but I was able to get done because of my appointment. Tip: The parking is free with a big lot. Main entrance is on the right side of the building. I entered from the entrance facing the parking lot, it was a small entrance and a little confusing, but the elevator took me to the lab anyway.

The lobby and check-in area were clean, neat, and had a fresh feel, unlike some other locations that can feel a bit worn down. The self check-in was fast and simple; the kiosk quickly scanned my ID and insurance card. I had barely sat down before my lab technician, Jessica, called me in. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled--I didn't even feel a thing during the blood draw! This will definitely be my go-to LabCorp location for any future lab work.

What I like about this place is that they're quick with their work and have an easy time finding your vein to get your blood. I've tried other locations and they've always had to poke me a couple times just to find my vein or had communication issues. I've never had any problems with this Location as I'd come and be out the door in a couple of minutes.

Booking an appointment ahead of time is definitely recommended. My appointment was at 10 a.m. During check-in at the kiosk, it gave me the option to reschedule due to their busy schedule or to "continue." I chose to continue and told myself I'd wait about 20 minutes before considering rescheduling. Surprisingly, about 5 minutes later, I received a text saying, "Your Labcorp technician is ready to see you. Please proceed to the Labcorp check-in area and your name will be called shortly." I went to the lobby, where the front desk staff verified my information and told me they'd be with me soon. My name was called a little over 20 minutes later, and the actual blood draw took less than 5 minutes. Arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment so you'll have enough time to find parking.
