This is my favorite place to get my, Blood work done!! I drive quite a distance, because this particular Lab is exceptionally clean and organised .The Lab technicians are very pleasant . Today, my lab tech's name was, Nayessy (as the person that drew my Blood.) . I have to say she was very careful when she drew my blood. Since I explained I have very tiny veins . I truappreciated that she is kind as well as calm and patient w/me. I've never had a problem at this location. Thank you Quest for having such Awesome and professional phlebotomist's !!! read more

It was pretty easy to schedule an appointment online. I pulled up to the parking lot a few minutes before my 7:20am appointment, checked in via the automated text message, and hopped into the elevator up to the 3rd floor. This Quest waiting room is right outside the elevator towards your right in the open. This was my first visit and so I was confused for just a bit trying to find a door to walk thru that didn't exist. I did not check in via the kiosk as the text message check in said I did not need to. After waiting a few minutes, I was greeted and called in by the phlebotomist. They did their normal screening to make sure I am who I said I was. The blood draw (three vials) was quick and painless. At 7:29, I was back in my car and on my way home. I had never been to Quest before, and this visit will be the only one. First, the positive: the phlebotomist was friendly and seemed competent. My first impression upon entering the waiting room: where is the human being that can help me if I have problems with the check-in? There is nobody to ask questions. The missing personal touch was very off-putting. The physical condition of this place is awful, again contributing to the unwelcome atmosphere. Everything was quite dirty and worn out. this did not instill confidence as a medical establishment is expected to be pristine, at least in the developed world. All this points to the company wanting to save money, which, at first. I assumed they had to because "bad" insurance companies don't pay them much. It seems more likely, that cost savings are flowing into the pockets of the Quest executives. The CEO made over $245 million in 2024!! That is 235x more than the average phlebotomist salary. read more

I do not recommend this Quest. I'm used to the auto check in thing, I've come here in the past and have had great experiences. That is why I focused on this one particularly. So I got called in fast there was no one else. Quest usually runs on payment ahead there was double this time for some reason. I warned the phlebotomist ahead of time I have hard to find veins. She said it's called deep pulls out the biggest needle I have seen in years and takes blood. I still have a mark and it's been almost a week. ( You can even see where the needle went in) So I check to confirm everything and sign. I got a tracking number which is odd I was a little hopeful about it. This was last Wednesday 3PM. Care Quality not good. I also was given a bad email address for follow up. The two pills I was getting turnaround time is a day so minus holidays and Quest promised time at most is five day turnaround. I've spent time on the phone also. When one of my pill results finally come in it reports the vial went to Virginia. They say they won't release any results till both come in ( It was one tube for two pills btw) When I spent time on the phone one person said Monday it would come in, another said Tuesday afternoon another said Next Thursday. The tracking numbers mean nothing when I finally get another email back around 3pm because they are central time. I get that If I'm in CA, PA or Kentucky the state has the right to withhold results ( Also why did mine go out of state and California doesn't have the right.) ( which is ironic since one came back) They go against their 5 days turnaround. It's way to sketchy, so I recommend going somewhere else where they don't leave you with more questions then answers. read more

Phlebotomist keeps bruising my arm when taking blood. Like, very badly. The last two times she left giant bruises. I went to another doctor and phlebotomist a week later and the bruise was still there. I can tell by the look on her face it was bad. She did my other arm and left no marks. No human available, only the one that will withdraw your blood, who has none people skills, I asked for a phone number, she said "we have one, but we don't answer while we are with a client " She couldn't figure out the test ordered by Dr, I asked her to please call, she did and after a couple minutes she disconnected the call, saying " we have a protocol to be on hold"!!!! I recommend you to go to your Dr and have him rewrite the order" the order name is Gluten sensitivity-Anti TG antibody, Anti reticulum (ARA) ab, Anti endomycin AB (EMA). What a horrible experience! People like this shouldn't be working at a place where humans need kindness and compassion! read more

HORRIBLE patient care. They are rude, they do not have anyone to speak to, they will put you on the back of the WAIT list if you use the restroom and they call your name in the 2 min you're gone. Over an hour of waiting and no one to ask if you've been called while using the restroom or to check the wait. read more

This place only runs on checking in on a screen. Be careful when you make an appointment because if there is a line and the line takes longer than 10 minutes you'll be put on standby. It doesn't matter if you have a confirmation or it was noticed that people were having trouble with the one checkin screen there is. The waiting room is outside of locked doors and it can be confusing for individuals and there were several times people in the waiting room had to assist people trying to figure out how to check in and the process. Obviously we didn't mind, but for a company this shouldn't be okay. It shouldn't seem like a burden when individuals ask for help. The only good thing was I got my blood drawn 30 minutes later. Also I gave it three stars because the phlebotomist I had was nice. read more

Pretty good experience here! I made an appointment for my Dad here at 8:30AM on a Tuesday. My dad is in a wheelchair and I will say it was a bit difficult to navigate him around the facility. For starters the elevators are very square. I reverse rolled him into the elevator and he had to bend his legs in order for us to get the doors shut. We also took up the entire elevator and others were not able to ride with us since I could not turn the wheelchair and we blocked the entire doorway. Secondly, the office itself is a bit tight so I struggled a bit to get his chair into the room. The lady (I believe her name was Daisy) who helped us was really friendly and it ended up working out just fine. I had to make a couple of tight turns, but I was able to get my dad into a position where we were able to draw his blood. I arrived around 8:25AM for the appointment. I was able to check-in via text message and did not need to check-in anymore after that. How efficient! At 8:28AM we were called in. So fast! WARNING: Have the lab orders printed out physically and/or have a printed copy. At the other Quest location I went to, there was no problem in me emailing a picture of the lab order since I did not physically have a copy. At this location, Daisy told me I should always have a physical copy. She asked me to send it via email and while she waited for me to send the email, she told me she would have to take the next patient. It took me just a few seconds to email it to her, but she took the next patient anyway. We ended up waiting pretty long for the patient to wrap up before us. From my experience at Quests prior, appointments tend to be really quick. However, the walk-in patient they took since we didn't have our order printed out took a half hour (which is long compared to most appointments at Quest). They don't usually take this long, but I think it was more of a coincidence. Around 9AM, we went it to get my dads blood drawn. It was a very quick and easy appointment. We were out of there around 9:10AM. Overall, Daisy was very kind and informative. I wish she would've just quickly waited for my email to come in before taking the next patient, but now I know to just have the lab order printed. Overall, a solid Quest location! read more

Let me start by saying if I could give less than a one star it would be at least a negative 100! I tried by phone to validate the lab received my fax order from my Dr's office and there is no way to get them via a phone number. Their business card phone number was cancelled. I went to the facility to ASK and they made me make an appointment just to ask a question. The front desk person is worthless. They just point you to the kiosk to sign in. After explaining the situation twice the lab person asked me what day the report was faxed from the Dr's office. One would think it is tied to your name, number and DOB, but no I had to try and figure it out. I then went to return my specimens, DROP OFF only, and guess what? Yep, I needed an appointment to drop off specimens. After waiting for 1/2 hour, I walked out. Horrid, horrid service. read more

Terrible experience. Only come here if you have an appointment. Do not come early hoping to be seen early, they'll only take you at your scheduled appointment time. There is no receptionist to speak to. You only check in at the machine and hope for the best. I made a backup appointment in the afternoon, but my doctor told me to go in early to get a early morning blood draw. I didn't know I had to cancel my appointment online to be seen as a walk-in so I waited for over an hour for nothing. I finally got online and found an appointment at another quest office so decided to head there instead. read more

The technicians do what they can, but are very busy and under staffed. Quest corporate is the reason for my bad review. They have eliminated their receptionist to save costs. There's a self check-in kiosk out from with the old window closed off. Most people have questions at check in or issues checking in, and there is NOBODY THERE TO HELP OR ANSWER QUESTIONS! All to save a buck...very frustrating for their customers especially the older generation who is the majority of their clients. read more

This is a much overdue review, but better late than never. If it's Quest Labs that need to go to, this is the place I prefer. I've been coming here for many years and it's in the same bldg. as one of my specialists too! The staff is quick to get people in and out, but of course does their job with a gentle touch. Valerie and Vivian are one of the best technicians that has ever drew blood from me. Sorry to the other staff, it's only been these two ladies that I've had the pleasure of letting my blood get drawn. I've gone to all other places and LabCorp too, but if I have a choice I'd go here. I even started bringing my child here and she loves it. She doesn't get as scared when she knows we are doing her labs here. Valerie is a darling, she made my princess feel safe and distracted her from the needles and many vials. We had to come back a few days later because we had a few Dr.'s that needed her labs and Valerie took great care of us (even though she was suppose to be on desk duty). She even gave her a Capri Sun just to distract her and chatted her up. Thank you for caring enough and not just being a person that sticks needles into people to do get the job done. It's makes all the difference Also, during this whole COVID-19 Pandemic time, they were very compliant with safety regulations, mindful of people's feelings and allowed people with disabilities, immunocompromised to get early appointments. Our newborn's pediatrician was concerned about potential jaundice and requested STAT labs. We showed up 20 minutes before they reopened after lunch, and there were 2 patients ahead of us. We did not have an appointment, and wanted to be in and out quickly so we don't expose our newborn to too much as her immune system is still acclimating. Vivian opened up a few minutes early to set up, and as the first patient in line stood up to be served, she immediately noticed we had a baby and asked if we had a STAT request from the doctor. She immediately took us back(sorry to the 2 gentlemen patiently waiting), and got us set up. Our baby girl was hungry and she let my wife breastfeed prior to the blood draw. She instructed me to place a warm pack around her heel to promote blood flow. Vivian was very caring and motherly to our daughter. She was extremely professional and swift with the process. We later called our pediatrician and should be getting the results by this evening. Thank you Vivian for making what you'd expect to be a stressful visit, very promising and care free. If I wasn't fasting and now my appointment is scheduled during my personal training appointment. Boooo for scheduling. This effects the rest of my day. I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter who has had to have her blood drawn more times that I can count. We usually go to a different Quest location since it's near her pediatrician, but decided to try this one instead (it's near our house.) We've had horrible luck at the Los Al location when it comes to finding someone who has great bedside manner with a toddler, and who can quickly and efficiently get the sample needed. On Thursday morning we were lucky enough to be paired with Daphney, who was calm, kind, and done collecting the large sample in less than two minutes. My daughter is difficult (as is most two year olds getting their blood drawn) but with Daphney she was much more at ease. We definitely found our new Quest Lab and hope we can figure out a way to request Daphney for our next draw. read more

I went here today for a lab test ordered from my doctor. I made the appointment Tuesday night. My appt was at 10:00 am. I got there at 9:55 and checked in. I was back in my car by 10:20. The phlebotomist was excellent. I don't like getting my blood drawn and I've had a lot done in the last week so I'm tired of needles. She completed it quickly and I barely felt it. I don't know if my doctor got the results yet (stat order) but I wanted to share because I feel like finding a lab is always a bit stressful. read more

This is my favorite Quest location. It is easy to access, there is handicapped parking, there is a comfortable waiting room and everyone who works here is helpful, nice and understanding. I have never had an issue with scheduling appointments or waiting for a scheduled appointment, the team has no problems dealing with elderly and handicapped patients, and I have absolutely nothing but praise for this location. This Quest is three times farther away from my home than the location around the corner, yet it is worth it for me to drive the extra 20 minutes to get good service that I can't at my nearest location. This place is easy to find and open early which is nice to get in before work. The nurses are really nice and when I got dizzy after drawing my blood she helped me lay down and got me water and gave me advice. They front desk is very efficient and gets all the insurance in order. Be sure to always tell them to bill you later (after insurance goes they It) rather than paying upfront because if you overpay they will not send you a check unless you ask for it. Parking is kind of bad you have to find street parking unless you want to pay for the structure. read more

They couldn't figure out how to fill out forms, forgot to have me fill out forms and my appointment was at 815 and didn't even get processed until 830. I was in for a simple blood draw. Back office staffs were very nice and my 90 year old mom was impressed with the technician who drew blood from her. But, that receptionist... she was something. All documents were electronically accessible and yet, she claimed the name on the document was wrong. We checked with the back office staff to make sure. It was not listed wrong. I got the doctor's order form via U.S. Postal Services before the appointment and it had the correct name & order number. Only hers!!! For training purpose, I suggest to use full name, not just the first name. And, no one is answering, please have them to try by calling the last name. read more

Receptionist did not even look at me when I asked if I could schedule an appointment. Handed me a slip of paper and told me to fill it out using my computer at home. When I got to my car, the paper noted that they had a kiosk which the receptionist failed to mention to me. There are other Quests out there---hopefully better (and more friendly). read more

My 7 yr old has to have blood work done every 6 months and is always nervous, as to be expected. Valerie was amazing with her. Calmed her down immediately and was just as lovely as can be. Don't come to this location!! They only have two Phlebotomists and they did not look happy to be there! Well, I wouldn't have looked happy either what with the hordes of people waiting outside. I only came here because they are open on Saturdays. I didn't know that you could make an appointment so I just went at 8am and there were already tons of people in front of me. People had been there since 7:30am. It took me nearly two hours to get my blood drawn and since I had fasted you can imagine how hungry and grumpy I was. There were so many people that they must've ran out of the most basic stuff. The Phlebotomist couldn't find a tourniquet so she made one out of a latex glove. How, um, professional? I guess you gotta use what you've got on hand. It's located inside a building with their own parking lot so parking's not a problem. I just wish they had more staff. The receptionist was super friendly and patient. You gotta be with all the grumpy people there, especially the elderly, who have fasted the night before. read more

They are stabbing me with a needle, so there can be no 5 stars for that; however... the phlebotomist is able to hit a vein on the first try every time, and I have been told I am difficult by others. If you dont want to wait an hour, show up 20 minutes BEFORE they open. Then you'll be first in line. ;-) There are only 2-3 nurses in there poking people, and a lot of folks need their blood checked, so expect to wait otherwise. No real complaints from me except that I'm not a fan of needles, and certainly not a fan of being poked by them. Wash your hands if you have to pee or shit in a cup.
