I have to preface that I didn't really think this service was going to work for me since I barely have any eyelashes, but she did wonders for what she had to work with! The procedure is super relaxing. You lay in a chair and close your eyes. She gently tapes your eyelids down along with underneath the eyes to prevent the lower eyelashes from being in the way. From there, she finds the appropriate rods for your eye shape and places them on your eyelashes. Then comes the perming solution followed by clean up and a keratin treatment. She also consulted me on how to grow out my eyelashes and keep them healthy. I was surprised I didn't have to wait 24 hours before I could wash my eyes. Only 20 mins! Prices were very reasonable, and I would definitely come back again the next time. Can't wait!!

But we finished my hair early and i browsed around Ulta waiting until closer to time for my appt. I finally decide to sit down and wait at the bar, she asked me if she could help me and I said I had an appt, she said no you mean the salon and I said no I specifically wanted the brow bar, another worker comes over and checks the book and we come to find out I was scheduled for the next day at that time. Not my fault that it was written on the wrong day! But I was automatically made to feel dumb like I'm the one that screwed up. So i say you can't get me in? She says yeah at 5pm! Mind you I live 40 minutes away, so no that won't work, I'm feeling frustrated that they won't help me, and get up to leave and she says so you want your appt tomorrow? I shook my head and said no and booked it out of there. I get it mistakes happen, but don't make the customer feel like it's their fault, I felt so dumb in front of everyone and still had bushy eyebrows too! The technician was more worried about being on his phone than using the electric nail drill or wrapping each nail with a soaked cotton ball on the top of the old dip & wrapping on my fingers. Then he didn't add any type of gel clear polish to seal it. So within 3 days the dip started to crack and break along with my nails underneath. I only went here because I was in town and needed my nails done. This never happens at my regular nail salon or any other salon I've been to. Still suffering from the damage he did to my nails 3 months later. If I could rank as zero, I would. I've been to several places in my years of getting my nails done and this was the WORST ever!

Whenever I leave after getting my eyebrows done they are symmetrical and very neat and look amazing. They keep their shape and look great for the weeks following until I have to get them done again. The pain is slight, but I prefer threading over waxing because it is gentler for me and due to the fact that I have sensitive skin. Masks are required to enter and receive service. Nikki is sanitizing well between each guest and always does your arch according your facial structure. There usually isn't more than 3 people in the store at a time and this includes the service provider! It takes less than 10 minutes and lasts 2-3 weeks depending on your hair growth. They all do excellent work, although I will admit the owner can be a little heavy handed. With that being said threading of any kind is NOT for the weak, but a much better alternate to waxes and/or shaving.
