The person doing the cut was absolutely great. A great conversation answered my questions and was able to provide me with an absolutely terrific haircut. I think my girlfriend will definitely like the new look. The prices are very affordable and are very very competitive with other barbers in the area I would definitely come again and will be coming again. This was a terrific encounter and I can't wait to use them again.

The salon was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Staff was friendly upon arrival and I was excited to find that the estimated new length should fall just beyond my shoulders. I'm a very active person and emphasized that the cut, which was a donation, needed to be able to go into a pony tail. Unfortunately the cut did not live up to what was discussed. About 2-3" more was removed and one side was cut unevenly. The 2 stars is strictly because the cut was unsatisfactory.

Delany listens to what you want and done exactly what I asked. I have very long hair and I just wanted the ends trimmed, but wanted to keep my length. Let's just say she's not scissor happy! The salon is pretty much full service with the exception of pedicures as of right now. Manicures, hair, spray tanning, facials, and a barber was going to be starting soon. I was in so much pain and honestly really scared. These sweet, patient ladies took their time (hours!!) carefully removing all the glue and safely taking the lash glue off. It was such a painful process because of how badly my eyes had been messed up, but they were so gentle, comforting, and reassuring the entire time. They truly went above and beyond for me. She has fast hands and is great at making one feel comfortable while you're laying on a table with your bits laid bare. Also, the space she works in is well put-together, clean, and very inviting. I've only gotten Brazilians professionally done at one other place, so the only itty-bitty criticism is that both times have had to shower afterwards to finish removing some pieces of wax that have held on. The other location I've gone to would wipe down the area with an oil to help clean up the area with this, but Piper does not do this.
