I've talked to some of the people that work there and they work 12 hour shifts EVERY. SINGLE.DAY. even on holidays and on weekends. If you guys ever have a problem with something, like your nails being uneven or it being chipped...heres something to think about. How about you go back so they can fix it for you. Also, guess what??? if they fix it for you it's FREEEEEE. WOOOOOOW. So instead of hiding behind your computer and bashing them on the internet how about be mature adults and use your common sense and let them fix it. There's a 3-day chip guarantee where they will fix it for you for free if you got them done 2,3 days ago. So what is the problem with that. So I don't understand why people have a problem when they can fix it and they can talk about it to the owner. They know what they're doing, but if they mess up on something just take a deep breath in and tell them what's wrong so they can fix it .. we all make mistakes! I was just sort of in disbelief with how they were treating me. The guy doing my nails kept rolling his eyes and spoke to me very sharply like I was the biggest idiot any time I said anything or forgot to give him my thumb. When my nails finished curing he just got up and stood at the counter and I was thinking .... Should I go up there to pay or is he gonna come back with an ipad or something?
