I stopped in about 10 minutes early and they had me sit down at one of their stations and were able to start prepping me (removed my previous gel polish). The nail technician who worked on my nails was very meticulous and did do beautiful work - I saw the detail painting she was doing on the patron beside me - little ghost and black cat ‍ for Halloween - So cute. But she did have some drama with her kids calling her from home, which was really nothing, but that may turn some patrons off from this place if you're looking for a more quiet, relaxing vibe. I've talked to some of the people that work there and they work 12 hour shifts EVERY. SINGLE.DAY. even on holidays and on weekends. If you guys ever have a problem with something, like your nails being uneven or it being chipped...heres something to think about. How about you go back so they can fix it for you. Also, guess what??? if they fix it for you it's FREEEEEE. WOOOOOOW. So instead of hiding behind your computer and bashing them on the internet how about be mature adults and use your common sense and let them fix it. There's a 3-day chip guarantee where they will fix it for you for free if you got them done 2,3 days ago. So what is the problem with that. So I don't understand why people have a problem when they can fix it and they can talk about it to the owner. They know what they're doing, but if they mess up on something just take a deep breath in and tell them what's wrong so they can fix it .. we all make mistakes! There's more than 20 customers that comes in at once and wants to get a bunch of stuff done and there's only 10 working. It might take some time, but you are at a salon. I was just sort of in disbelief with how they were treating me. The guy doing my nails kept rolling his eyes and spoke to me very sharply like I was the biggest idiot any time I said anything or forgot to give him my thumb. When my nails finished curing he just got up and stood at the counter and I was thinking .... Should I go up there to pay or is he gonna come back with an ipad or something? Too bad, you're on your own, figure it out!! I was nervous to come up I was legitimately scared I'd get treated like a complete idiot again in front of the whole rest of the room! I walked out absolutely floored. And my nails look no better than something I could have done myself. Staff are really friendly and have a sense of humor. I'm not embarrassed about my feet anymore, they look and feel great. Very enjoyable salon. I will be back!
