I stopped in about 10 minutes early and they had me sit down at one of their stations and were able to start prepping me (removed my previous gel polish). The nail technician who worked on my nails was very meticulous and did do beautiful work - I saw the detail painting she was doing on the patron beside me - little ghost and black cat ‍ for Halloween - So cute. The technician was more worried about being on his phone than using the electric nail drill or wrapping each nail with a soaked cotton ball on the top of the old dip & wrapping on my fingers. Then he didn't add any type of gel clear polish to seal it. So within 3 days the dip started to crack and break along with my nails underneath. I only went here because I was in town and needed my nails done. This never happens at my regular nail salon or any other salon I've been to.
