I will never go to this Kevin's again for any service. I came in to get my dip nails redone. They…read moresoaked my fingers in acetone for so long it weakened the nail. The technician was more worried about being on his phone than using the electric nail drill or wrapping each nail with a soaked cotton ball on the top of the old dip & wrapping on my fingers. Then he didn't add any type of gel clear polish to seal it. So within 3 days the dip started to crack and break along with my nails underneath. I only went here because I was in town and needed my nails done. This never happens at my regular nail salon or any other salon I've been to. Still suffering from the damage he did to my nails 3 months later. If I could rank as zero, I would. I've been to several places in my years of getting my nails done and this was the WORST ever!

Yes...it will be 30 min..ok I'll wait. The two young girls were kind and embarrassed for me!! The other customers were as dumfounded as I with this ladies behavior! From picking my color( that is not right, she said,wrong kind) ok I say...I want this in the gel....no this blue look better....told the young girl to get a red....she did...it didnt match( blue was glitter) so I asked for another....she got orange ...I said no that's orange....the lady doing nails got angry..throws my hand back and says go pick your own and walked away. So within in 1 minute literally I had it ..and sat back down humiliated!!. Other people were staring at me at this point.....this woman continues to be rough and rude and snippy...and then says ( I need to do this lady nails, you wait) . She goes back to pedicure chair and did hers and then walked around while I waited Now I am mad, embarrassed, totally ready to walk out!! I am so angry and my nails half done...I feel like I can't leave...she is talking to other workers ..they all look at me obviously she is talking about me..ughhh She comes back and starts again to file... haphazard..nails not shaped well .... nothing like should be done....she says now you want one color and just a 4th on one nail....UM NO!! I SHOW HER THE DESIGN AGAIN!! I want this or similar.She paints half of one nail. No this not work!! She tries again to do one color and a little design.... I'm happy to let anyone use their artistic mind and interpret. But just doing what u want ...Not what I'm asking isn't really right!!!!! .if I'm paying for it and u say u can do it! Then please do it. She pretty much did what she wanted from this point on...I'm not happy ...will never.go back ever to Kevin's Nails to be treated so badly for $55 nails that I don't like ...but she loved them and had me show her other workers....
