I had researched Bliss on Yelp and another site, which they had excellent reviews. They were also voted as the best salon by customers and published in the paper. I called and was booked within an hour. Ciera was my stylist and was fantastic! I don't like a lot taken off because I have very long hair and SHE listened!!!! Most generally I get my haircut and the next thing I know I'm missing several inches! Ciera cut it perfectly! She was super nice, bubbly, attentive, high energy, and cut it exactly like I wanted it! Highly recommended! Place has a great atmosphere and upbeat music! I even witnessed a guy "shinning" the floors while I was there, which they are hardwood floors. The establishment has a upstairs and downstairs. I never went upstairs. A total of 16 stylists work there and over 1/2 of them have been working there together over 9 years. More like a family and pure dedication! Love it!

Multiple employees sitting around in barber chairs upon arrival. Lady cutting my hair reeked of…read moresmoke. While getting hair cut, two of the employees contined to sit in barber chairs for the 20 minutes I was there, on their phones and vaping, one in chair next to me and other behind me. While getting hair washed, a male came in and one if the ladies told him the puppy was in the back along with the food. He came out from the back with a dog. Was far from a professional environment/business. Has really went downhill. I am done with this place and will go elsewhere from now on. Definitely would no longer recommend getting a haircut here.

Now onto my actual haircut, they messed my stuff up. they gave me RAZOR BURN on the back of my neck, and my hair looks like a mushroom. the sides are NOT blended out. $48 down the drain. Actually, my money probably went towards more vapes for the employees. would NOT GO HERE!!!!
