I had researched Bliss on Yelp and another site, which they had excellent reviews. They were also voted as the best salon by customers and published in the paper. I called and was booked within an hour. Ciera was my stylist and was fantastic! I don't like a lot taken off because I have very long hair and SHE listened!!!! Most generally I get my haircut and the next thing I know I'm missing several inches! Ciera cut it perfectly! She was super nice, bubbly, attentive, high energy, and cut it exactly like I wanted it! Highly recommended! Place has a great atmosphere and upbeat music! I even witnessed a guy "shinning" the floors while I was there, which they are hardwood floors. The establishment has a upstairs and downstairs. I never went upstairs. A total of 16 stylists work there and over 1/2 of them have been working there together over 9 years. More like a family and pure dedication! Love it!

While getting hair cut, two of the employees contined to sit in barber chairs for the 20 minutes I was there, on their phones and vaping, one in chair next to me and other behind me. Was far from a professional environment/business. Has really went downhill. I am done with this place and will go elsewhere from now on. Definitely would no longer recommend getting a haircut here.

Actually, my money probably went towards more vapes for the employees. would NOT GO HERE!!!!
