I can't afford to be dropping off video calls so I switched and haven't had a drop since or any performance issues. Kudos to Susan who walked me through the process and provided clear information on how they'd install, big into the driveway, etc. For the yard destroyed folks, I get they messed up but the performance and uptime is still good right? For the wifi folks, it sounds like wifi issues not the line. You need gig support equipment. For the router folks, I just got an eero which is what they recommend. If you get a router that can do network monitoring then Ting should be able to fix it unless the line runs through an apartment burrow of gophers. I know that no one really needs a full gig unless you're running an sweatshop mining crypto, but it's does feel better knowing you have a direct fiber line instead of sharing your connection with half the neighborhood.

Mark, sold me the system, Brandon was instumental in keeping me satisfied. Once Brandon left, it went downhill. For the past year, My safety has been compromised. I mistakenly tripped my system and no one checked, called or even cared if I was alive. I contacted Secur tek and the Managers explaination was I am on a delayed call? What in God's name is a delayed call? What happened was Secur Tek FORGOT to take my system off of TEST when they changed my smoke detector. Someone dropped the ball and did not want to credit me 6 months of monitoring. I thought I would give them another try, but last evening, I mistakenly tripped the alarm. CRICKETS!!!! No monitoring call, nothing. I contacted the company/left a voice mail, as well as contacted the after hour person. Greg who sounded as if I woke him from his sleep, called me back@ 1150pm. As I explained how no one from monitoring has called,he abruptly told me "When I am okay, call us and we will help you". WOW, and I repeat, WOW! he obviously did not want to be bothered. As of now, I have not heard a word from Secur Tek and the system continues to blink. I am in the process of finding a safe and secur security company for Secur Tek has compromised my safety far too many times. Please take my review as a safety precaution for you and your loved ones. As a homeowner and the owner of a rental property, I have had more than a few instances where I had to call in help to fix an appliance. I have used this company over the years to repair a dishwasher, dryer, fridge, and oven. I have always found them to be responsive to requests for help, prompt in providing service, knowledgeable about the appliance they were asked to repair, and willing to explain what the issues were. They showed up exactly when they said they would and (upon request) called ahead to let me know they were on their way. I am currently using a home warranty program. Recently I had a problem with my dishwasher and the home warranty program sent out a technician from a different repair company. They did arrive promptly but kept changing the diagnosis and said they could not repair the dishwasher because the part was no longer available. I insisted on a second opinion with the home warranty program and specifically requested they send Advanced Appliance. Advanced Appliance were able to diagnose the problem and fix my dishwasher. Thank goodness the home warranty program utilized the services of Advanced Appliance and Air Repair. I now know I need to request them up front any time I have any issues with any of my appliances.

You can immediately tell this isn't just a business, it's a team that genuinely cares about what they do and the people they serve. Every single person I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I felt confident and excited about my decision. The owner himself even took time to be involved, which speaks volumes. It's rare to see that level of hands-on commitment, and it made the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. They didn't just sell me a system, they walked me through options, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, and honestly, even better than I expected. What really stood out too was the value. For the level of quality, expertise, and service you're getting, it's more than worth it. You can tell they're not just trying to upsell you, they genuinely want you to get the best setup for your budget, and that kind of honesty is hard to find. The install? Flawless. The attention to detail is unreal. Everything looks clean, professional, and sounds absolutely incredible. You can tell they take pride in their work because nothing felt rushed or half done. And speaking of speed, the turnaround time was insanely impressive. I expected to be without my vehicle for much longer, but they had everything done quickly without sacrificing quality whatsoever. If you're even thinking about upgrading your audio system, do yourself a favor and go here. This is the kind of business that sets the standard for how things should be done. I'll be recommending Sound Station & Security to everyone I know. 10/10 experience. Easily one of the best service experiences I've had anywhere.
