Chris was able to come out to our home quickly, and get a humane "trap" put in place that would allow the critter to leave on its own. The trap simply allowed the critter to get out of the house and not re-enter the hole, but did not actually trap/enclose it or cause any harm. Once we were certain the critter was gone, Chris came back to close up the space and prevent anything from getting back into our home. He consistently followed up with me to see how things were going throughout the process, and also provided some excellent tips on ways we could further critter-proof our home. When I called AIPM for a second opinion, I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and polite gentleman named Jordan. He spent nearly an hour inspecting our home (for free!) and shared there were 3 locations on side that needed treatment and the situation was not bad enough to require tenting. I asked a slew of question and he answered all of than knowledgeably. We then scheduled an appointment where Jorge, with over 10 years experience came to do the work. He was incredible and as he said, "small and nimble enough" to get up/over/around all the beams to treat areas and do a second inspection in others. He then cared entire attic with a Borax (sp?). It was a very reasonable price and I get a free inspection in 11 months to ensure no new termites, or the work is free. Highly recommend!

Critter Gitter is the service for you if you need to rid yourself of critters!!!! Our backyard became the playground and feeding area for a family of racoons, David and his great assistant, Dider, have captured five in total from our yard. The mother and her babies, were extremely destructive, tearing up the gardens, shredding pool toys and patio pillows, not to mention using the pool and spa area as their personal washing and bathing areas. David and Dider identified the yard delinquents quickly as racoons, set four catch and release traps with racoon bait. Then in a period of a week, Critter Gitters caught the entire family of masked bandits. David and Dider were so knowledgeable about wild life, always willing to answer questions and picked up the racoons promptly once they were trapped. Plus they are such nice people. I recommend them highly for their prompt service, knowledge of animals, humane trapping and ability to catch those darn pesks.... and their positive attitude and patience in dealing with a real problem in our back yard.

Chris and Reyes are the best!…read more There was a rattlesnake in my enclosed front yard. It was the first time I'd had one on my property and was not expecting it to be so out in the open. I called Pacific Coast Animal Control. I watched the snake go into one of our planters where there is a big flower bush. However, I'm not sure where it went after that and did take my eyes off the area for a couple of minutes. Even though it was 5:30pm, Chris came out to my house within 30 minutes. He spent a good amount of time searching for the snake where I last saw it but unfortunately we couldn't find it. It was totally my fault for not having eyes on it 100% of the time (lesson learned!) Chris did a walkthrough of my property and identified areas where the snake likely entered and exited. He also took a look at all my plants and advised which ones could attract pests which would then attract snakes. He gave me a great quote for sealing off some crevices, adding barriers around and underneath my front gate, and removing some bushes and shrubs to prevent future attraction Chris and Reyes came out 2 days later to get to work. The gate barriers were super slick and everything else was so clean! Reyes did a great job of removing the pesky bushes and shrubs and left the area looking even cleaner than it was before!
