The woman assisting me was directly rude, and when I calmly expressed how I felt, she dismissed me completely and waved me off with a hand in the air. I mentioned it to Connie, one of the managers, expecting a more professional response, but she also talked over me and dismissed my concerns. After years of loyalty, I've decided I'm done. I have a choice where I spend my money, and I won't continue supporting a business that treats customers this way.
