During this transition, the young Asian man never acknowledged me walking in or taking a seat. The Second Lady went into her fitting room. The First Lady came out. The guy goes behind the counter. Still nothing... for the 3 minutes I sat there, no one said a word to me and there was another person in the back.... Their work is beautiful, the shop is clean and professional and they are so very nice. They took in three dresses for me, shortened two of those and tapered a blazer. The shorts were not completed within the given time frame so, I picked them up and asked for a refund. I was told I would be refunded and never was. I have contacted the business repeatedly since this incident in August and was never issued a refund. Each time I call they claim they are working on it but, I have never been refunded.
