I would not recommend taking your clothes here as they are unreliable and overpriced. I took two pairs of jean shorts to get altered and was quoted $50 and told it would be done in a month. The shorts were not completed within the given time frame so, I picked them up and asked for a refund. I was told I would be refunded and never was. I have contacted the business repeatedly since this incident in August and was never issued a refund. Each time I call they claim they are working on it but, I have never been refunded. read more

They helped me fix a dress i had altered at a different tailor-where i needed the waist taken in, but they took the waist and the bust in, so i needed the bust taken out for more room. Honestly they were nice people but, first when I walked in the guy said he'd be with me in a moment because they were fully booked for the day and told me to just walk around to wait. Perfectly fine, but then after 20 mins it seemed he forgot i was in the store and never grabbed me. (How would I know he was ready for me) Would he have just let me walk around the store all day? Who knows. I went in to get the waist taken in, told the guy i'm just taking the waist in, and after trying them on and showing him the trouser. He said he wouldn't even think about touching the leg cause the taper and hem were already PERFECT. These were very expensive pants that I trusted them with... Honestly I think theres was SOME miscommunication between the guy and the alter cause a week later I come in, and try my trousers on, they had taken in the calf and making my straight fit pant that already fit perfectly to TIGHTS, i couldn't even fit my foot into the pant. They resolved the issue (thankfully she didn't cut the pant...) but took ANOTHER week (i would of assumed they would of made is first priority..) but now since the pant were altered they will never be able to fit as the original. I can't sit in them without it being tight/stiff.... Also online it says for waist it's $35... he charged me $50 but gave me $10 off cause I had to come back in.. read more

I had tried to find a nice alterations place in Dallas and was reading many reviews and still couldn't find somewhere solid or available. This place was featured on a dallas website so I gave it a try and had high hopes for this place.... the interior and location are very trendy & the employee that did my fitting was very nice and made me feel comfortable and confident that I made a good choice, and quoted me a general price for my items... but when I went to pick up my items there was a different employee and he was just overall rude. He was snappy to someone on the phone, he was snappy to an elderly lady who walked in and couldn't hear what he said, and he was snappy to me when I asked if there was a way I could get an itemized receipt. I stood there very patiently while it took a while to get rung up, and then I was just given a number that was about $25 more than expected, I asked if they had an itemized receipt or if they could kindly explain the charges and he just rushed over the receipt, pointing to random things, so didn't really get the answer I wanted. The most disappointing part was that I paid $30 to tailor a dress to wear to a wedding a few days later and it was still big. Didn't even want to deal with them, I just won't be returning. read more

Got a bridesmaids dress hemmed and a pair of jeans with a hole in the inseam fixed. I dropped off on a Friday being told that I would hear by two weeks and to expect a text message. I am a millennial so love a text reminder for things. But almost three weeks later, I had heard nothing. I call and the woman who answered had no idea what I was talking about and didn't have an answer on where my dress or my friend's who came at the same time as me was. I am now a little over a week out from my wedding I am in and have no idea where my dress is or if I even have one anymore. My friend rushes to the store and finds the dresses and my pair of jeans done. But no one had ever reached out to us. And said that "a lot of people work here" for to the reason the woman on the phone caused such a panic. Then, it turns out they put both of our orders on one ticket and didn't do an accurate ticket. My friend got her dress taken in, not hemmed, and they tried to charge us both for hemmings. I will obviously not be using them again and suggest you don't either. read more
