Great service, my clothes were delivered as promised, and the price was great! Not to mention, they were very friendly! Will be back.

This is the second time I've come here and felt nickel and dimed, so felt I should write a review. I had a very simple request (to properly sew in a bra pad that was currently upside down). It was almost as if she asked me when I needed it by just to tell me that it would take a week longer than that, and she could only get it done in time if she charged me extra $ - totaling $25. Felt like she was taking advantage... I left and went to Red Carpet Tailor in Lakewood instead - they offered to have it done same day and basically at no charge because it was such a simple request. Will not be coming back here. read more

I had another tailor but they were closed and thank God they were because she is so much better! Pricing is fair and the work done is nice. I can't even tell that it didn't come like that. I'm typically not in a rush to get my items, but she seems very accommodating if you are in a rush. This is now my go to spot when I need anything hemmed or altered. read more

Always great work! She'll tell you if something is possible or not. Very friendly. Quick and worth the price. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Very nice & Professional! Quick turn around to fix the straps on my bridesmaid dress and very reasonably priced ! Will for sure be back again! read more

After much shopping around for a good tailor for alterations or fixes, I decided on Royal Tailors based on the positive feedback. Glad I did because I came in with a hefty pile of clothing that they meticulously pinned while explaining where the clothing would best lay. Top that with great pricing, honesty, a decent turnaround time with great results, and I have no further need to look anywhere else. Thank you for a job well done! read more

They are great at what they do and very kind. Downside wait time is longer than I'm Used to and I'm used to paying up front. However they are the only Taylor's I've used since I moved to Dallas. So I would definitely recommend them. read more

I took two dresses to be altered for weddings that I was in. The dresses were taken in to perfection and looked amazing. The whole process took only a couple of weeks and the woman was very sweet. I will say the price was a bit more than I expected (almost $300), however, it was worth the service. read more

I needed alterations done in a hurry, and they came through for me. Everything looked and fit great. I highly recommend!

I had 6 shirts tailored and the results were very good. I recommend their work and service.

I LOVE claudia. She has helped me out so much in my work and personal life for clothes. She is the sweetest and so reliable. I will not take my clothes to any tailor but her! I recommend this place 100% read more

Straightforward hem service for my husband's suit pants and delivered within a week at a reasonable price. Call ahead to validate special requests. I found out they do not have a button machine for adding buttons to pieces. read more

This place is awesome!!! I found it through yelp and I've been loyal ever since. They've been able to tailor a jumpsuit for a wedding, work pants, shirts and dresses. I've recommended it to other friends and they're also very happy. I have complete confidence in them. The owner is super fast at fixing things and she can be pretty flexible when you need your clothes sooner. read more

I've never used a tailor prior to coming here. Pricing is not very upfront, so that's kind of weird. However, the service and quality of the finished product was great! read more

They were quick while doing a great job hemming a dress that I bought for my daughters wedding. Glad to know they are so close and do such great, reasonable work. read more

THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF! I am so upset. I got a dress hemmed for a wedding. At unique tailor on mockingbird they charge $27 for a bridesmaid dress to be hemmed. I went here this time because it was more convenient and for basically the same dress she charged $51 dollars to get it hemmed! DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU! read more

Been using them for years. She's a skillful tailor, super dependable.

Absolutely love love love Royal Tailors. Excellent work always. Been doing business there for years now.

Did a fast and fantastic job hemming my jeans. You couldn't tell they'd been hemmed or altered at all which is exactly what I wanted.

I have taken everything here- pants, jeans, dresses, tops, swimsuits, and even an old quilt. Everything comes back in perfect condition. I love having jeans hemmed and faded so you can't even tell they're hemmed. I love this tailor. They are pricey tho... But one thing I've learned in Dallas is your money goes a long way. It's definitely worth it to pay a bit more here and know that your clothes are in good hands! Royal is the best! read more

Great, fast, friendly service. Needed my nephews suit pants hemmed at the last minute for a funeral and they did a wonderful job and had them ready the next day for $15. I'll definitely be back! read more

Prices are outrageous regardless of skill set. I got a basic alteration and the job was done poorly. I could've done a better job by hand at home. I got an inch removed on straps and it cost nearly $30! What's more ridiculous is that she folded the sleeves and sewed it closed, so now my "little black dress" has little black lumps lol. On top of the poor service, her turn around time is 1 week minimum. Save yourself time and money. Take it to Sunshine Cleaners. Their service is good, a third of the cost and turn around time is 48 hours. Thank me later... it's worth the drive. read more

I will never go back to this place. Brought in a dress that cost $70 total. All it needed was a half inch cut off the bottom. Go to pick it up and she charged me $50. Make sure to ask their pricing before leaving your clothes there. read more

I found Royal Tailors on yelp, I'm a pretty short person so I wanted to find a reliable tailor that I can keep coming back to you. I had a jumpsuit and jeans I wanted tailored, it took about one week and was $15 each. The employees were all really nice, I will definitely be back. read more

I got my wedding clothes altered from her. My wedding clothes are Indian, needless to say it's heavy, really really expensive a lot of reign stones all over the dress. royal tailors did the most amazing job I have ever seen. I had taken one of my dresses to an Indian tailor in Irving and was so disappointed I thought I could never it, which later I took it to royal tailors and she did her magic on that dress. I can't thank her enough to make my clothes so perfect!! read more

Great value! The lady was super nice and willing to help out with our issues. And she also offers us her insight regarding different type of clothes. And the price is good. read more

I have been having my clothes altered at Royal Tailors for years and they are really the tops! Claudia is so welcoming and friendly every time I stop in and she always remembers me by name. I have had countless pairs of pants hemmed and skirts taken in. Claudia is an expert at getting the lengths just right and she gives great recommendations. And no job is too big or too small. She handles them all with a smile. The prices are very reasonable too. read more

I've had about 20 pieces altered here -- everything from suits to cheap Target dresses. Claudia has always done a great job and her prices are really reasonable. She'll even tell me when she thinks something I've brought in doesn't actually need to be altered which I think is a great testament to her integrity. read more

I took in a bridesmaid dress to be hemmed up a bit. She did a great job with the hem and did so in a timely manor; the price was good as well. Will definitely be returning for more alterations. read more

I took my MuMu bridesmaid dress here to get altered. The alteration process was so quick! I walked in, my dress was pinned, and a week later my dress is PERFECT. I've never had anything altered before so I'm not sure how it's supposed to look but in my opinion the stitching looks great. You can't even tell that I had it taken in. For reference, I had an inch taken off the bottom, the shoulders taken in, and the neckline taken in and it was $68. Royal tailors was great and I will recommend this place to everyone I know in Dallas. read more

Very professional service by Claudia. She is very straight forward and efficient. Great for those with busy schedules. I had my business suit tailored here. She offered useful suggestions and will even recommend against certain alterations, demonstrating that she cares more about your look rather than over-charging. I will continue to come here for my tailoring needs. read more

i called ahead of time to verify if they did the specific work i needed. they confirmed that they did. i drove to the location, brought my items in and was told they would be ready in 16 days. what??? their sign advertised "one day service". when i pointed this out they said no that they did not offer one day aervice because they were too busy. don't make me drive all the way up there if you can't do the work. tell me up front on the phone what the turnaround time really is. read more

Claudia is absolutely amazing!!! I am SO glad I found her! She's sweet, funny and beyond helpful!

Got my pants hemmed 2 days before a wedding I was a groomsman in. They were so nice and worked quickly! Was ready before the event and fit perfectly. Only around $13 to get it done. Will be back :) read more

The owner is very friendly and does an excellent job with reasonable prices! I try and do my own hemming and simple things so I can't speak about those prices, but I've had an elastic waistband on a skirt replaced and taken in for $20 and another skirt waist taken in with a zipper replacement for $38 (just some references). She is always professional and timely- I get my garments within the week. read more

The owner does amazing work! She is extremely sweet and friendly. I will always take my alterations to her.

Claudia is amazing. I took a sport jacket to her based on good Yelp reviews. It needed to be taken in through the chest and the sleeves needed to be shortened. The work was priced fairly and done well. I've since been taking stuff to her nearly every week now that I'm getting used to stuff fitting better. Several dress shirts, 3 pairs of trousers needing to be tapered, a tux needing to be fitted same day. I highly recommend Royal Tailors. read more

I'm struggling with this review. I was happy because service was quick! I mean it was done in one day which was amazing as I needed my skirt back before my event later that week. I was disappointed however because the hem wasn't taken up enough and when they took in the sides they sewed over the tag which made it uncomfortable to wear and showed underneath. The cost is also what blew me away. Almost $50 for a hem and some light taking in on the waist. It cost more for the alterations than the skirt. That was very upsetting for me. I can't actually wear the skirt now because it is still too big on my waist and the hem is too long. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any of that fixed as I left town. Not sure they would have though. read more
