The kitchen counters were not completely cleaned, they didn't move anything it seems and in the back corners they just didn't touch it at all. They kept asking me if I wanted things dusted, I was shocked, of course, it was supposed to be a deep cleaning. The floors were not done well, the base boards were incomplete, it was not a deep cleaning. There were many red flags I should have listened. They place got broken into the day they were supposed to come so they cancelled, and said they would call me later in the day to reschedule, that was a Friday. I didn't hear anything, no problem these things happen. But I never got a call back and I actually had to call them on Tuesday to get it rescheduled, and Neal just said so sorry I'm really not a flake. So ok, I get it, things happen. But after the poor cleaning job, I emailed them because they were leaving for vacation. I mapped out all the things that were missed and that I was disappointed for the cleaning. It has now been 3 weeks since I emailed them and I have not heard a peep. So long story short, they are unprofessional and did a very poor job. I would stay far far far away from them.

After a roof is cleaned the gunk and moss fill the gutters, and MUST be hosed/cleaned out, (not washed down the downspouts!) Moss TREATMENT a MUST before getting off the roof. Siding gets filthy, and MUST be hosed off. Lawn; walks; drive ways get dirty & wet. (NO signs anything went on the ground), so was it all washed down the downspouts? I hope they don't get plugged up from all the debris:( For $495. I expected to get exactly what is written on the Quote by Phil Sanders. I asked several times for a receipt, for some reason he was reluctant. He got in his truck and rewrote the quote as a receipt, didn't date it (?). I asked him why the gutters were still dirty? Oh, "I don't clean the outside, just the inside". (Clean gutters IS on the quote) I asked him, "I didn't see any moss preventive treatment on the roof?" Oh, that's in the shampoo. He pointed out trees that would be an issue now and some we would want to keep an eye on later when we can do more work. Price was very reasonable, especially for the height/size of the trees. We will be having them out again. Highly recommend.
