I found Junkluggers on Yelp and they were absolutely FABULOUS to work with! I was able to set up an appointment online, and they quickly followed up with an email to confirm. I also spoke to them on the phone to triple confirm that this job could be done remotely and that we could handle payment over the phone. They were more than happy to accommodate. When the appointment day/time arrived, Dakota from Junkluggers called to let me know they were on their way to the storage unit, then called me from the unit to let me know they'd been able to access it and to give me a quote based on its contents. He then called me back about 15-20 minutes later to let me know the job was done, and took my payment over the phone. Within a few minutes, their receipt was in my email and the job was done!
