Additionally, at the end of each day we were provided an update on what was completed and what they would be working on next. I also asked for pictures of their daily progress which was provided. Melinda was also a great touch point and very timely in responding to questions and even calling ahead with updates for items such as delays in materials due to unavoidable COVID back orders. The result...our sump pump is probably the best in the neighborhood! Definitely see the most water drainage compared to our neighbors.

Did not communicate in timely fashion to either homeowner or structural engineer. Created unsafe working condition resulting in employee injury. Used substandard structural supports and both reused and bought the cheapest products to do the work. In summary I had to let this contractor go and had new contractor remove and redo all work. The resulting cost to fix everything was twice the money I paid this contractor. I strongly recommend that you avoid Larson General Contracting.
