After showing him the work, I had an estimate sent in about 30min. I won't post the price but the price that was quoted was amazing. When it comes to anything tree related, Sperry is always first on our list. We have now used them…read moreat two different homes for different services. At our previous home, we had some trees that were planted before we moved in, and they were not doing well in the space. We contacted Sperry and the amazing Alby from Sperry came out and gave us a bid for removing the "bad" trees, and planting appropriate trees for the space. After reviewing the bid, we approved the work and got on the schedule. The crew showed up on time and immediately got to work. They worked very hard in not the best weather and finished the job in one day and everything looked great. After moving to our current home, we inherited a much larger yard that had one tree that definitely needed removed, so we called Sperry and asked if we could have Alby visit to give us a bid. Once again, Alby showed up, told us about all the trees in our yard, and agreed the tree needed to be removed. We once again approved the bid, scheduled and had the crew come out. They removed the tree and a few other items, ground the stump down and we had a "new" backyard. The latest we have used Sperry was after the ice storm. They were booked out for obvious reasons, but put us on the list for when they were available. Once again, Alby came out to look at our big maple that had been annihilated by the ice. He told us it could definitely be saved, but needed some serious trimming and lifted. We got on the books and had the crew come out once again. They topped some of our other trees, made the maple free of all the damage from the ice storm. After they finished, the maple has been regrowing wonderfully like nothing ever happened. We will continue to make Sperry our first call for any and all tree related services. If you have the pleasure of Alby visiting, you will learn so much about the trees, shrubs and plants in your yard, it's absolutely amazing.

Most of our…read moremaintenance work is done in-house, but we have used them when our maintenance supervisor is on vacation (or swamped) and for extensive projects. Brian is the main contact and he is always very professional and returns my phone calls promptly. When he has hired help, he always chooses professional and courteous people, which is very important in my line of work since they will be working in/around tenants' homes. Brian is very knowledgeable and versatile. Here are a few examples of the things we have had him do: Painting: We have used him for interior painting numerous times. He did a quick and excellent job. There was no overspray like you get with some painters. He cleaned up after himself. Fences: He tore down/hauled away old fences and installed and stained new ones on 60 patios, which was an extensive project. Though his bid came in slightly more expensive than another company, we used him because we knew he did quality work. When you are spending thousands of dollars on a project, you want to make sure that you're getting something that lasts. He works very quickly and efficiently. Again, he was working closely with over 60 tenants, and I received numerous compliments about how courteous he was. Replacement of sub-flooring: There was pet urine damage to a unit that was so extensive that it ruined the sub-flooring. We had a move-in scheduled, and so it was imperative that this was repaired ASAP . . .and of course, as Murphy's law would have it, this happened while our maintenance supervisor was on vacation! Thankfully, Brian was able to take care of this project in a timely manner! Quality work, timely, kind to others, and doesn't leave a mess behind - need I say more?
