Their project manager, Jason, is dismissive and talks over you anytime you try to address concerns, refusing to take ownership of their mistakes. Even after openly admitting fault, he continued to deflect responsibility. As for the owner, Brandon, he completely disengaged from the situation rather than standing behind his company's work--showing a complete lack of ethics, accountability, and professionalism. If you need roofing services, do yourself a favor and look ANYWHERE else. Roofcraft is not a company that values integrity or quality, and they will leave you dealing with the consequences of their failures. Drew got me on the calendar quickly and had a crew to do the tear off first thing in the morning on day one. The crew got the tear off done and papered roof on first day with new shingles on ridge line. The crew was very hard working and kept me in the loop and were very helpful. Second day installers came in and completed roof and put new flashing on chimney stack and did a great job and very good communication. Great cleanup and roof is very nice. I drove past a house Cameron's crew was working on down on Pacific Terrace about 10 times over the last few days--had to pull over my Hummer, get out, and introduce myself. He runs a great crew. His crew works steady, they were wearing their safety harnesses every single time, and they even managed to park perfectly on a difficult street without blocking anyone. Cameron doesn't cut corners. He's doing things the right way--using real CDX plywood instead of cheap OSB, laying down proper metal valley flashing, and using high-quality Rhino underlayment. He has a fantastic foreman running that crew. If you want a roof built to last by a crew with real-world integrity, this is the company to hire in my opinion.
