I was so pleased with the professionalism by Kevin Cohen Plumbing from their scheduler to their two plumbers, Nate and Zach, who were dispatched to my house. Quickly they solved my plumbing problem and called their boss to explain the situation which involved the installation of the toilet by the prior company. They were available in short order during our option period, showed up right before n time, and charged us $250. We had Chapman Plumbing out afterward to flush our water heater and do some minor plumbing repairs. It was about a week before they had a plumber available, but he showed up in time and did a good job. Their pricing seemed a bit high for this service, but the work seems to have been done well. The two companies are under the same umbrella, so you just call one number to schedule.

Since this was a small on-going leak, I expected them to schedule me like a Dentist or Doctor would...asking "we have an opening 3 months from now, how does that sound?" Instead it was... "we can come over this morning." Well, within an hour, this narly dude named Tyler who claims 20-some years of experience showed up, examined the situation, cut the hole in the ceiling, and fixed the leak. The leak was due to aging pipes. The best part is it took him less than an hour! He asked for payment on the spot and took Visa which is just fine with me. I'll definitely remember Ready Rooter & Chapman Plumbing again because this guy put other plumbers I have used over the years to shame.

My girlfriend had a disturbing experience with this company. On July 31st of this most recent…read moresummer, she was living in a studio apartment at Crosswood Apartments in Eugene. Just relaxing in minimal clothing on her bed, a member of Twin Rivers Plumbing unlocked her door with a key and entered. No knock, NOTHING. The entire apartment building was having plumbing issues, but they gave her no warning in this moment before they entered. She was very disturbed, as she lived alone and frequently would hang out in her underwear because it was hot outside. This was a huge violation of her privacy. Apparently the worker (white male) apologized, but unlocking without knocking on an apartment door is EXTREMELY unprofessional - and I believe illegal. I don't trust the men in this company after this experience, they should know better.

Of course, they offered to come out again if there was a problem, it's been a week and so far they have been exactly right, no further issues. Fantastic company and a fantastic crew! **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Terrence and Jacob showed up at 4:30 p.m. to clear my sewer line. They both worked hard in the heat for 2 hours to clear large patch of very stubborn sludge in the line, then refused to charge me because they weren't able to clear the line as promised. They are coming back tomorrow morning with the large hydrojetter to finish the job and charge me once the line is cleared. They were both honest, very nice, communicated clearly, and have been a pleasure to work with. I personally really appreciate this kind of honesty and I reward it whenever I can. I'm going to hire them to fix that belly in my sewer line which is a much larger job with a much higher price tag than what I originally called them for.
