They were on time, courteous and completed installation of my single unit in less than a day. They went over and beyond the standard level of service at no extra cost when I experienced a possible fallout from the installation when my hot water heater began to fail right after the heat pump installation. After a couple of days without water and my own troubleshooting the hot water heater and breaker box, they sent an electrician to diagnose and correct the issue, despite the small possibility the breaker would fail anyway, unrelated to the changes they made in the panel. It turned out to be an older breaker and bad wiring which they replaced. I would certainly recommend Comfort Flow Heating and Air Conditioning.
