Everyone from the System Designer Chris Lone, the Electrical Supervisor, Darrell Anthony, Install Supervisor, Ken Crabb, Technician Valente C., and Brandon R. and Service Technician, Johnny Guerra were all very polite, thorough and hard working. I appreciated that they were always on time, and left everything in good order including vacuuming each day. I could not be more pleased and appreciative of the job these people did at my home and it is nice to have a warm house and a safe system throughout. I moved into this home in 1975 and I know I will love having AC in the summer which I have not had before in this home. They were very responsive and checked things out. made recommendations and then offered a bid. We did get a second opinion and their work would have meant tearing out a wall to fit the compressor they used. So, we used Comfort Flow. They were professional, knowledgeable and hard workers. The job was very complex requiring electricians, plumbers and system skills and knowledge. This messy situation also occurred during late fall and because of delayed transport we had no heat. They did a great job, were finished in just a few hours, and I have a new sewer line working great for less than half of the other quotes I got. Fantastic company and a fantastic crew! **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Terrence and Jacob showed up at 4:30 p.m. to clear my sewer line. They both worked hard in the heat for 2 hours to clear large patch of very stubborn sludge in the line, then refused to charge me because they weren't able to clear the line as promised. They are coming back tomorrow morning with the large hydrojetter to finish the job and charge me once the line is cleared. They were both honest, very nice, communicated clearly, and have been a pleasure to work with. I personally really appreciate this kind of honesty and I reward it whenever I can. I'm going to hire them to fix that belly in my sewer line which is a much larger job with a much higher price tag than what I originally called them for. Terrence's bid was substantially lower than the other two bids I got for the same work.
