Cody came out and pointed out what the permit was requiring and followed up with the inspector to confirm. The next day Jacquie called to schedule another appointment to complete the work the following week. Cody took care of the issue (adding a backwater valve to the drainage piping and replacing some PVC with proper T&P piping) and followed up with the inspector, getting the work approved within a day. I mentioned it to my husband after a while and he tried to unclog it with a plunger -_- I went downstairs to the basement to get something out of our freezer and there was water dripping literally all over, right under where the sink is above.
