Since this was a small on-going leak, I expected them to schedule me like a Dentist or Doctor would...asking "we have an opening 3 months from now, how does that sound?" Instead it was... "we can come over this morning." Well, within an hour, this narly dude named Tyler who claims 20-some years of experience showed up, examined the situation, cut the hole in the ceiling, and fixed the leak. The leak was due to aging pipes. The best part is it took him less than an hour! He asked for payment on the spot and took Visa which is just fine with me. I'll definitely remember Ready Rooter & Chapman Plumbing again because this guy put other plumbers I have used over the years to shame.

Not with this guy. One of his team members got really upset that he had to actually WORK to get an under the cabinet light installed. His exact words were "It's too hard"... and this from the higher paid guy. I made him do it anyway by saying "that's why they call it WORK." Honestly. This same joker did not cover up the kitchen counter when he was doing the work and the mess he made was ridiculous. I told the estimator i wanted the dryer outlet updated. When the workers got here, they refused to do it. Then via text, the big guy told me "most likely the wall is not deep enough to recess it." not true. the washer/dryer hoses are recessed into the same wall. A few days later, i thought my washer/dryer broke. I called my home warranty company and they came out after i paid an $85 fee. They said they can't diagnose the w/d problem because the 240 outlet doesn't have a common. Whaddya know? It needed replacing. This woman was right. I've asked them to return some of my money. We'll see. If this review remains up, then they didn't pay up for their failure to do the job they said they would and i will be reporting them to the CCB. Enough of this bulls***.

They did a great job, were finished in just a few hours, and I have a new sewer line working great for less than half of the other quotes I got. Fantastic company and a fantastic crew! **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Terrence and Jacob showed up at 4:30 p.m. to clear my sewer line. They both worked hard in the heat for 2 hours to clear large patch of very stubborn sludge in the line, then refused to charge me because they weren't able to clear the line as promised. They are coming back tomorrow morning with the large hydrojetter to finish the job and charge me once the line is cleared. They were both honest, very nice, communicated clearly, and have been a pleasure to work with. I personally really appreciate this kind of honesty and I reward it whenever I can. I'm going to hire them to fix that belly in my sewer line which is a much larger job with a much higher price tag than what I originally called them for. Terrence's bid was substantially lower than the other two bids I got for the same work.
