Harlan did right by Landmark by first attempting a repair of our (very, very) old water heater (45 years old!). But upon closer inspection, he realized that there was a small leak in the tank in addition to whatever electrical problems he had found. He reported this to Landmark and while it took a few days for their process to churn, they approved the installation of a new water heater. In the meantime he was able to get our old heater to limp along producing moderately warm water. Harlan picked up the new heater and with an assistant replaced our old one which was mounted in an upstairs bathroom. They were very considerate of our home, being careful about not hitting anything and cleaning up when they were finished. He's friendly, even a bit folksy, and kept us informed each step of the way- good communicator.

The two companies are under the same umbrella, so you just call one number to schedule.
