Bean Hummus, Korean fried chicken, potatoes, empanadas

I had been to Vaso when they first opened. Yesterday we went for their HH. It was a beautiful day and the place was packed. Their drink options on HH are limited, but the food options were great! We kinda got a little bit of everything. Everything was pretty good but we all agreed we'd skip the wontons next time. Maybe we got a bad batch, but they were really crispy and the pork was super dry. For the price, their HH food is a great deal. Our service was not the best. We kept having to ask for silverware, an extra plate, or flagging her down just to order. Maybe they were busier than normal? I'm not sure but it just seemed a little chaotic.

    Their signature corals are amazing!

The ambiance of this place is truly amazing. I enjoyed the live music that they had when I was there. I'm a musician so I was supporting my friend who was in the band. The cocktails that they serve are TOP TIER! All the servers were very nice and attentive and the food was truly delicious.

The star of the evening... black bean hummus

Experienced this with my hubby for our anniversary. Got the Truffle Smashed Potates which were perfectly crispy and flavorful. Pork Wontons off of a recommendation. I'm not a fan of mushrooms and each one had a healthy slice of a dark mushroom. I was able to pull them out but even without not my fav of the night. Beef empamadas with a beautiful flakey crust with the beef could use a bit of seasoning. The absolute highlight of the night, the star, was the black bean hummus. The tahine, on the chips with the topping on the hummus, was absolutely outstanding. We are not huge hummus people but the hummus had such a delight, so flavorful, so bright. Highly highly recommend it. The drink menu is definitely unique and fun. I love that they highlight employees in the drink menu. Great experience.

I've popped in a few times over the last few months and I always have a great experience wether I am with a larger group or as a solo guest. I am a huge fan of the deviled eggs, the crab cakes and of course the fantastic and unique cocktails. I was super impressed during my last visit with the service and food and drink recommendations by my server, Emily. She suggested that I round out my night with the new S'mores Cheesecake and it was soooo good!

Pros: Great service Awesome views Beautiful decor I laughed at the elevator with 2 buttons - 1 and 8 Many cocktail options and they even had a magazine where the models are the actual servers Cons: Pricey cocktails Limited food options Pro tip: Go for the views during the day when it isn't too crowded

I was visiting with friends for happy hour. We ordered a little bit of everything from the appetizers and also got the pitcher to share. Our favorite was Brussel sprouts and potatoes. The pitcher was also plenty for the 6 of us but not strong enough. Our service was great, we sat inside. Our server also recommended not to get a few of the apps and to order something else and we all appreciated her honesty! The atmosphere is great with nice views of bridge park, although I will say outdoor seating is hard to get if you walk up. I'd bring family and friends here for drinks if they were to visit!

This cute rooftop is located inside of the AC hotel in Dublin! The minute we walked in I was surprised with how spacious the space was and appreciated that there was plenty of seating. As you step onto the rooftop terrace, the panoramic views of the city unfold before you like a masterpiece painted with lights. Whether you're sipping a cocktail or indulging in a culinary creation, every moment feels like a celebration of life and its flavors. Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the food. Vaso's menu is a fusion of creativity and tradition, with each dish crafted to perfection. We ordered the hummus which tasted so refreshing. In addition, we ordered the burrata which had the perfect smokey taste. The Miramar Punch drinks we ordered were equally good as well without being too overpowering. Overall great ambiance, service, and food. Will definitely be back!

Went last night for drinks and dinner on the rooftop. It was nice splitting dishes with everyone. You try multiple dishes and drinks and they were all so delicious!! We got the Brussels sprouts, hummus, empanadas, and shrimp. I wish their happy hour lasted longer though!!

Had a fun happy hour with some girlfriends today! I will always enjoy the view here and the ambience is very trendy. It's not your typical hotel restaurant. I feel this place is great for drinks and small plates to share with friends. The staff was very friendly, and Andrew was a great server. For happy hour they had four drinks specials and about six or so appetizer specials.

Good news first .... The vibe, view and our server were a total VIBE!!!! Even the overhead music is cool! Bad news- food was quite off. Tiger shrimp was bland no site or flavor of garlic as the menu promised and even the pepperchinis were bland.! Crab cakes were over cooked to a hard crunchiness, short rib was good but inconsistently cooked; some parts tender and other parts dry. Purple potato salad had crunchy under cooked potatoes. I'd go back for the rooftop vibe and cocktails.

Derek was wonderful and very attentive he made my birthday super special. Wonderful time and service

It was Memorial Day when we popped in here and it was fairly busy. The wind had picked up so we weren't able to sit outside though we were told we could order drinks at the bar and take them outside on our own. The hostess did not recommend having food outside so we asked for a table near the window and closer to the door exiting onto the patio allowing us to meander out there. Their cocktail menu is presented in a magazine which was cool but overwhelming to read at the same time because there were so many pages of options and pictures to sift through. The food menu offered gluten free as well as vegetarian which made everyone happy. We had dinner plans so we only ordered the Bar Snacks, Bruschetta, and Izakaya Vegetables. The Bar Snacks consisted of Fried Peas, Corn, and Almond Nuts. They tasted ok while the Bruschetta was really sweet. The Izakaya Vegetables were misadvertised when it said there were tempura vegetables. There was nothing tempura, battered, or fried about the vegetables. We came mostly for the view and drinks so it's ok that the snacks weren't great. The guys had mocktails which they both liked. They tried them all between the two of them. I had a Japanese Vodka High Back with Cucumber and the Pisco Fever. Both were good. And the view out in the patio was cool. Sitting inside along the window was nice as well. Service was not good though. We would've had more drinks but she was slow to come by. We decided to check out the view after we ordered another drink by flagging someone else down. It turns out our server was outside putting the furniture away because of the wind. When we went back inside, most of our table had been cleared which was a bummer. We were still working on the food.

Charcuterie board. Nice way to start off the experience

I did get lost in the parking garage and went down to Level 1. FYI: You have to go to Level 5 to exit into the street level. First impressions: It's so clean and has a nice welcoming energy to it. As soon as I walked in, I noticed all the plants: some were hanging and many were near the windows throughout the whole place. They were real and very healthy. Someone who works here must have a green thumb. There were many tables and chairs, a long bar and a separate area for private parties. There is a QR code to order at our table but I ordered from the bar because it was not too busy. My bartender was very friendly. She acknowledged me right away, and came to take my order as soon as she could. I ordered the margarita but all the cocktails looked so good. The decor behind the bar was beautiful! It was a long picture of a runway with a plane taking off. There were also airplane windows that were so cute and went with the whole airport theme. I came up later to order shots for our table. The same bartender once again helped me find the right shot for my friends . I also tried the Kitty Paw hard Steltzer drink. It was refreshing and I loved the hint of Guava. The whole place wasn't too loud. We could carry on our conversations without shouting. They had an etagere near our table full of board and card games. My friends grabbed the Truth or Fear game. While there were a few minor service issues, our server was kind and attentive and acknowledged the celebration with complimentary desserts, which we truly appreciated. After dinner, my cousin and I went to wash our hands and use the restroom. At the time, all stalls were occupied and one was out of service, so we waited. When a stall opened, my cousin kindly let me go first. I finished and stood outside the stalls waiting for her for about three minutes. During that time, I noticed several people going in and out of the restroom area. I also saw a man sitting in a chair along the hallway wall near the stalls, hunched over. Shortly after, a woman exited the restroom and grabbed him to leave. I thought nothing of it and minded my own business. I also observed the executive chef enter one of the restroom stalls. When my cousin exited, she mentioned that the stall smelled strongly of smoke and that three girls had exited the stall before she entered. She said the stall smelled like marijuana but used it only because it was the only option available. She also pointed out that the man sitting outside appeared to be associated with the group who had been in the stall. We then returned to our patio table where our family was seated. Our server brought out her birthday pie along with another complimentary dessert. She blew out the candle, we shared dessert, and we began preparing to leave. A few minutes later, while we were still seated on the patio, the general manager, Nick Krafft, approached our table accompanied by Executive Chef Michael Wagner. We initially assumed he was checking in on our experience. Instead, he immediately stated, "I'm going to have to ask you not to smoke in our restaurant and bathroom," directing the accusation at my cousin and me. We were completely taken aback by both the accusation and the manner in which it was delivered. We calmly explained that it was not us and described exactly what we had observed in the restroom. We stated that neither of us smoke and never have. We even offered to have our belongings checked and explained that we had not taken any jackets or purses with us to the restroom, as our family remained at the table. Despite this, the general manager refused to listen or consider our explanation and continued to place blame on us. He did not speak to our server, who had interacted with us just moments earlier while bringing out the birthday dessert, nor did he attempt to investigate further or de-escalate the situation. As we were leaving, my fiancé asked the general manager if he actually smelled smoke on either of us. He responded "yes," which was not true, and continued to push a conclusion he had already formed. No apology was offered. We spent over $1,000 celebrating a family birthday at a restaurant we had trusted and enjoyed in the past. Instead, the evening ended with my cousin's birthday being overshadowed by an unfounded accusation. There were many guests dining that evening, yet blame was placed solely on two women who had simply used the restroom. I am a Nurse Practitioner, and my cousin is a special education teacher for autistic children. Neither of us have ever smoked. Being accused in this manner was humiliating, hurtful, and completely unnecessary. I was later contacted by the regional manager, who was understanding. However, I believe this situation highlights the need for better investigation, accountability, and staff training to prevent similar experiences in the future. A personal apology from Nick, acknowledging his actions and taking accountability, would be an appropriate step forward after innocent guests were wrongly blamed and a birthday celebration was ruined.
