Parkinson's interferes with sleep because your brain is unable to "shut" off. The guest speakers were a doctor, a physical therapist, and a mindfulness expert. Many of the behaviors these professionals shared were ones that John displays nightly. I was thankful that the information they shared was pertinent to our lives!
