My husband and I stopped in over this past weekend. The store seemed fairly busy but we still received great service. Ashley was extremely helpful, looking for additional sizes in the back. They didn't have the shoe my husband was looking for in his size, but Ashley said she could bring out some similar styles for him to try. Such great customer service! After making his selections, we went up to the register where Lorena assisted us, explaining the sale and the discount on each pair. Lorena was very friendly and helpful as well. I went in specifically to see if they had any of the Hello Kitty Vans on sale. (Yes, when it comes to Hello Kitty items, I turn into an excited 6 year old). This is a small location selling mostly previous season styles along with full price shoes in the styles that don't change (checkerboard, plain colors). They also have a small selection of clothing mostly t-shirts from what I saw. I found a number of the designs from the first generation of the Hello Kitty collaboration on sale for 50% off the original price, along with 50% the second shoe if you bought two pairs. I was able to buy 2 pairs for less than the price of one and won't feel guilty that I won't get a chance to wear them very often. read more

The first and most important thing is that they are under staffed! We couldn't find anyone to help us and there was one employee working the cash register. The store is stuffy, and very busy. The shoe aisles are very small, and unorganized. There seems to be a great selection of shoes, and clothes, but it was very crowded and only one employee working, so we didn't make any purchase. read more

May even go back in a little while! never had any issues here before, sometimes it hit or miss but since the Christmas rush and all is over and the New Year is here there's alot of super cool stuff! What a waste of payroll. Walked in maybe 45-60 minutes before their closing time just to look around see what they had, 4 employees standing around the register chit chatting. Props to the one that said welcome in while the others continued their gossiping. Walked around the store maybe 10 minutes while they just continued on with their conversations as other customers walked in and around too, as I left, not a word out of any of the employees as I left. Huge lack of work ethic in this store. I'll gladly drive to Santa Rosa for a better experience. Did however have a great experience with one of the morning staff members a few weeks prior while doing an exchange with my boyfriend. If only all their staff were of some quality. read more

Service from everyone except the manager was good. Waited in line for about 8 min to be skipped over, then she walks away from register in which odel(vans employee) comes to the front. Used to love Vans Outlet, however this orange sticker thing they instituted this year is a terrible inconvenience and a bit ill conceived. Now one has to check the bottom of shoes for this mysterious orange sticker to see if it can be purchased for half price! Why display these in the Buy One Get One Half Price?! I called headquarters about this. Big deal! They don't care. Piss on 'em. Rather than embarrass my kids, I was informed of this little gimmick and made the purchase anyways. The store is nice but the gimmick makes this rate low. Won't go back. read more

They always have shoes on sale and specials and have a very large variety in stock. I had found sale shoes I really wanted but couldn't find them in my size and the staff was so friendly and helpful and offered to look in the back and told me that they usually have all sizes in the back so just feel free to always ask. They had them and I walked out the door with more pairs than I originally came in for! :) It was a very pleasant experience. I just with that the store was a little larger so they could have an area for trying shoes on that aren't in the isle - the store can get super busy and there is a lot of traffic passing by the bench area. read more
