Boots are great and it is December in New England, but they don't work with a suit at work, a wedding, etc. Sure you can order from the website, but you may need to order 5-10 pairs to find just the right one (and then schlep them all back to the store for a return). ONE MONTH AFTER MY ITEM WAS RETURNED, after I had to send MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO REMIND THEM ABOUT MY REFUND, they told me they couldn't refund my money because the item was damaged. THERE IS NO WAY IT WAS DAMAGED. I haven't even used it. I'm sure they don't even know which item is mine--they might have even lost it themselves. Used their test socks (yes, they have test socks!) that match the ones they sell in the store so you can try them on with your shoes. Got useful feedback and recommendations for other brands of shoes that would be a good fit if I wanted to run longer distances. All in all, I left the store with some new socks (Balega silver), a foot roller (Nano X), and a brand new pair of shoes (ASIC Gel-DS Trainer 24) for under $200.
