DSW remodel in Sept 2025…read more All the sections have been moved around giving a more modern feel with added neon signs, fun painted floor decoration, seating area and more. - new customization station area on the right (tote bag $30; adult T $15; kid T $10; -$10 for printing/embroidery/engraving) - coffee station - computerized shoe sizing for kids and adults - 2 seating areas - donation box I guess there was a an augmented try-on mirror (see your shoes with different outfits) but I didn't see it? I think the floors need a good cleaning from the remodel because all the shoes had sandy grit on the bottom from previous try ons. I went during off prime hours so there was no line for checkout, let's hope it stays that way!

ONE, and it is the week before Hannukah/Christmas!! Behind the checkout area was a (female) supervisor of some sort who was sorting boxes, and while that could have been for something important as well, perhaps getting customers who are trying to pay moving through the line would have been better??!! Check the DSW.com site before you pay because there may be a deal/promo code: I looked and there was a $15 off code with a $49+ purchase; I'll take the $15.00 (get a screenshot for easier checkout). On the good side, the clearance shoes have been well-organized each time I have been in (although there was nothing for me yesterday). The disappointing thing was that I had a difficult time finding the shoes I was looking for - black heels. This must be the most basic heel (except for a nude color?), but the selection was minimal because a HUGE part of the womens section was boots. Boots are great and it is December in New England, but they don't work with a suit at work, a wedding, etc. Sure you can order from the website, but you may need to order 5-10 pairs to find just the right one (and then schlep them all back to the store for a return). Lots of parking right out front, but so-so inside.

After he asked if I had been in before I said I bought shoes from him about 10 yrs ago andhe kept bringing up the fact that I hadn't been in there for 10 yrs. Finally I convinced him to measure my feet then I practically had to beg to try on a pair of shoes. When they didn't fit he said he couldn't help me. I would rate 0 if I could. THEIR WEBSITE IS A SCAM! This is not a trustworthy company…read more From the multiple comments and reviews I later found for Journeys.com, it's clear this happens often, and I feel so stupid for not having looked it up before buying, just to save 10 bucks on a pair of Timberland boots. I got my order around February 20. The size was too small for me. As soon as I put the boots on, I realized they couldn't be used and asked to return them. I did. ONE MONTH AFTER MY ITEM WAS RETURNED, after I had to send MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO REMIND THEM ABOUT MY REFUND, they told me they couldn't refund my money because the item was damaged. THERE IS NO WAY IT WAS DAMAGED. I haven't even used it. I'm sure they don't even know which item is mine--they might have even lost it themselves. That could explain why it took so long; it's like they're not keeping track of their items. Or worse--and this is also possible--since the item was in perfect condition, they just decided not to refund my money and keep the item themselves. With this terrible customer service and these reviews, I guess they have to scam hard to stay afloat. I asked for proof that my item was damaged, and of course, they couldn't provide any. I'm posting this review on as many platforms as I can. If they manage to resolve my issue, I will update all of them with a 5-star rating. But I already know they won't. If you don't see my 5-star rating here, it means they failed. ----------------------------------------- I wanted to provide you with an update: After numerous problems, calls, and emails, when I initiated the process to take them to small claims court, they finally refunded my money.

I called ahead, made sure they had the shoe, color, and size we needed. They were bright and chipper on the phone. We arrived and asked for a size 11 and 11 1/2. The sales girl brings out two boxes and hands them over, pushing the 11 towards us. Turns out the 11 is actually a 12, unless of course we're in the UK then it would still have been the 11 she was purporting it to be. Understandable mistake, but now I have to make the hike all the way out to Natick, just to make an exchange.

Don't be rude to me after you just charged me for a pair of boots I was trying to return. This trip costed me time and money. Will not be purchasing northface products going forward. At this point, my shoes were hurting my performance more than if I were to run barefoot, so it was high time I got some new running shoes. Went in to the store and was immediately assisted by an amiable employee who walked me through a gait test and brought up three pairs of shoes for me to try. Used their test socks (yes, they have test socks!) that match the ones they sell in the store so you can try them on with your shoes. Got useful feedback and recommendations for other brands of shoes that would be a good fit if I wanted to run longer distances. All in all, I left the store with some new socks (Balega silver), a foot roller (Nano X), and a brand new pair of shoes (ASIC Gel-DS Trainer 24) for under $200. Money well spent, and will definitely go back when these shoes are dead!
