We got her the proper forms only to be informed she needed a Waybill. We called asking could we either fax or email it over, the guy on the phone said sure. We then realized, the waybill was multiple pages but wanted to follow up because we wanted make sure it was ok to still send over. The man that answered the phone wouldn't let us get the question out and proceeded to hang up on us. In hopes of getting someone else on the line, we called back to only be told "just email it like I said, its that simple" then hung up.
