No consultation, was told it was semi…read morepermanent but it's permanent, completely the wrong color on the roots (which are not roots - it's about 4 inches of bad dye) - and dye seeped into blonde highlights that are now pink/ purple. No customer service, no refund and in fact they have now charged my card twice for one shocking experience. These are not trained colorists, they just follow a formula. Avoid this like the plague - my experience will take YEARS to rectify. Shocking experience - they shouldn't be able to operate.
