She was right on time (I needed more time to drink my wine!) I have very thin hair that I actively work to keep from falling out. Tara gave me a great cut that looks good on me and works for my hair type. I can't say how hard it can be to find someone who understands thin hair but Tara did. I get the impression that she likes to keep up on all sorts of continuing education and likely has a good hand on lots of hairs. For you curly haired girls, she has naturally curly hair so she probably understands curly hair too! So, after my great cut she didn't have a product I was looking to purchase. So, she immediately said she would order it and still honor the new client 20% off. She did NOT recommend a ton of expensive products that don't work on thin hair as soon many stylists do. They do NOT accept tips on your credit card so be sure to bring cash. GREAT experience. This is my new place, for sure!

After I cancelled my membership, they continued charging my credit card $120 per month. They said I was bound to pay this monthly charge until December even though they unilaterally changed the contract, and even if I no longer get the services. To cancel the invalid contract, they want a cancellation fee of $250, which is outrageous. Unilaterally changing the term of this contract is both unenforceable and considered a breach of contract. Furthermore, most of their experienced hair stylists have left and it is very difficult to get an appointment. I am very disappointed. Stay away and certainly don't buy into the contract from this business or you will be very sorry.

I requested a trim, roller-set and blow out and Sugeiry got right to work. I base alot on the first step (hair being washed) and she did a great job. My trim turned into a proper haircut (loosing some length) but I not only had alot of split ends but they were high on my hair shaft.....so it had to be cut and appreciate her assessing my hair, damage and how to get me back on track to growing it long. Sugeiry asks all the right questions which I feel is key to being a good beautician and offers great advice on caring for your hair at home.
